Disney DVD The Aristocats Question...

Hey guys, look at the back part of the Aristocats DVD box where the running time is. Look at the Best Song thing it says Chim-Chim Cheree. Wasn't that a Mary Poppins song?

Yes it is from Mary Poppins...but look closer.

There is an * next to that line of info, and in the text above that asterisk references the "Academy Award-Winning songwriters, the Sherman Brothers". This just says they worked on Aristocats having previously won an AA for Chim-Chim Cheree.

Hope that makes sense.

It is. That information is there just to tell you what the Sherman Brothers won the Academy Award for, thats all.
