Get ready to Crimp!
I've posted this for two reasons. The first is I'm giddy with delight (having just recieved my Boosh S3 DVD the other day). What is the Mighty Boosh? - well see what Wikipedia says here. It's even madder on screen.
Secondly, I aim to tempt Loomis out of his posting exile. I'm sure he won't be able to resist commenting on this. Loomisis one of their biggest fans and introduced me to the Boosh, after I introduced him to the League of Gentlemen.

The Loom is loose and he's a little bit raw.
Put away your fiery biscuits, Netty. I may not have posted here as much lately, but that's my style.
As Netty has rightly stated, I am a huge Boosh fan, and this pleases me no end. Anybody who hasn't checked out the Boosh, and has a mad sense of humour, is likely to get a kick out of the show. It's a bit like The Goodies on acid.
Thanks, Netty. You've made my day...

For those of us out of the loop, here's the "Mighty Boosh" BBC YouTube page:

I've watched a few of the videos, but I don't get it...but I figured I'd post the link!

Hi Amy!
I'm pleased you did some research! Because the Boosh may be coming to America soon.

It's just like Monty Python really. The Boosh can be exceedingly clever and sharp at times, or it can be somewhat disappointing at times (the original Monty Python TV show skits were notoriously mixed in quality). But either way - good or not so good - its so imaginative and surreal, it's compulsive viewing simply as you never know what's going to happen.
And I'd rather have more shows on TV like The Mighty Boosh which are unique and have the conviction to do their own thing, than the endless stick-to-the-formula comedies we get today.
And I'm hey, if Aqua Teen Hunger Force can get a movie then the Mighty Boosh can too.

I'm sure if it if recast though, it will fail, because there's really nothing to "get". It's just two guys messing about and having fun with there friends writing and performing what is, really, "nonsense".According to the report, UK comedies such as Steve Coogan's Saxondale, Nighty Night and Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt's The Mighty Boosh are apparently being rewritten and recast for American television companies such as NBC and Showtime.
