O dear, I've read to much viewing the last page!

Just yesterday I saw the episode in which Victor was cast ashore after his 'accident' on the boat with Carlos and Gabrielle, faking memory loss in the hospital towards the doctors, but telling Gabriel that he "remembers everything".
And there was this nice guest role by Richard Chamberlain (anyone remember him from the TV-series
Shogun and
The Thorn Birds?) as the gay stepfather of Lynette.
I have a bit of a strange kind of addiction to DHW. I really want to see it each time to know what happens next, yet I find most (women) characters insufferable, because they manipulate and lie all the time to get their way. Strangely I find Lynette the most sympathetic, though she has her manipulative ways as well. But at the same time she is a strong woman.
And my toes curl when I see the clumsy ways of Susan, especially the way in which she tries to amend for her mistakes. (In particular in that episode she tried to be friends with the gay couple that moved in next to her)
But , after all, DHW is only a caricature , right?
