Ducktales volume 3 glitch?

Can someone who bought Ducktales volume 3 please check disc 3 and see if there is a cut when the Beagle Boys are tossing out Scrooge, Bubba, and Tootie from the money bin? I forget which episode it is but I think it was 4 and it's right at the beggining. On my copy Big Time is cut into in the middle of saying something and it seems like an abrupt cut. I want to find out if this is in the master footage or if I just got a damaged DVD.

Also, anyone know what there is are few frames cut over the scene of Fenton becoming Gizmo Duck for the first time when he says "I'm being canned like Tuna"? I can't remember if that was in the original show or not but it sure seems odd.

I also got Tale Spin 2 and one of the cases has the clear film ripped back. The box was spotless though. Before I called Disney to report this I wanted to find out if my Ducktales needed replaced so I can hit both at once. And if this is a glitch on every copy now we all know.

Maybe no one bought DuckTales Vol.3 or TaleSpin Vol.2.

I saw all the episodes last night and everything seems fine.
I think you got a damaged DVD because I heard Fenton saying "I'm being canned like Tuna". I also taped Time Is Money when it was originally aired as a movie and it's the samething like the DVD.

Thanks Mickey but that wasn't exactly my problem. One the episode of Time is Money that starts with the Beagle Boys kicking out Scrooge and Bubba the show starts with a long shot of the money bin for the title card then cuts to the door and it sounds like Big Time just finished saying something that was cut. This is what concerned me the most. I have no idea how that glitch would work as it plays that way every time.

In the Gizmo Duck episode when Fenton says "I'm being canned like a Tuna" there is a shot of a tuna being canned for like a minute. I wondered why that was done and it that was in the original. I had both taped when they aired as movies but I have no idea where those tapes are today. So if you know please tell me so I can call Disney to explain my problem to them, if there is one.

Yes, I remember seeing the can of tuna in the original.
Yes, the episode that shows The Beagle Boys kicking Scrooge and Bubba out was the same for me too. But I don't think anything is cut.
I'll check my VHS that I taped for Time is Money tonight.

I looked at both Super DuckTales and Time is Money on my VHS that I taped when they first aired them.
You are right they do not show a can of tuna when Fenton says it in the original airing.
Also Time is Money part 4 when the Beagle Boys throw out Scrooge and Bubba from the money bin is the same for me. Even on my VHS tape. I guess it's the master footage.

Thanks for checking, Mickey. Given stuff being cut from the first Tailspin set I wanted to make sure but I doubt Disney will fix it. I wish we knew why the tuna can is put over that scene. It looks like Rescue Rangers animation to me.

Hey, I found my old VHS copy of this when it aired on TV as the feature movie in November 1988 (or 87) and there is indeed a cut of about 8 seconds in this spot. So we now know for sure there was a cut. The cut material has Big Time insulting Scrooge, Bubba, and Tootsie and you see them exiting. The DVD has a jump cut where you hear the end of Big Time's tirade and the characters being thrown out.

Now I'll have to find Super Ducktales.

The Pilot was in Volume 2 not Volume 1.

Tale Spin had the pilot on volume 1. They actually got it right that time. It was Duck Tales and Rescue Rangers that put the pilot on volume 2.
