That is a good idea blacksanta. I own the packaged features but it irks me that they are edited for content even though I knew this going into buying them. I still think we will end up getting Song of the South as a WDT in a future wave. I think it is the only way we will ever get that darn movie on dvd in R1.
I find you pompous, judgemental, and completely self-absorbed.........would you be my friend?

*Off topic post, yet not completly off since it regards treasures*
I think releasing SOTS would be the best way to bring it on dvd, Disney's released a lot of similar content on a lot (if not most) of the previous Treasures, so this could be the best way to do it if at all. Considering Leonard Maltin always has a little intro at the start of any cartoon with the slightest stereotype, I could see him doing a lengthier one for a SOTS Treasure. Besides, it could always be put on a second disc under the From The Vault menu as well.

Well, considering that Maltin had an intro of this type for Victory Through Air Power, I don't see a problem here.Chernabog_Rocks wrote:*Off topic post, yet not completly off since it regards treasures*

Cheapest Prices for Walt Disney Treasures All This Week!!!
Well, we all know that three new titles are being released this tuesaday. I saw this in the Best Buy Catalog today where you can buy 2 treasures for 40 dollars, that's 20 bucks each and the cheapest i've seen it next to paying 23 on Amazon.
My one and only love, DISNEY.

I'll definately be getting mine from BestBuy. 2 for $40 is the best price I have seen ever and I have been collecting since the first wave in 2000. With BB's rewards zone points a I can't see why you wouldn't get them there. Too hard to pass up.
Add disney rewards at 125 points per title and you have one worthwhile package.

I think some of the Treasures apparent "disappointments" when it comes to sales could be down to knucklehead decisions at Disney. Or do they expect people just to go for the Gold?
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database

Well, mine shipped. I didn't spring for express shipping this time, but with any luck I'll get them before Xmas.
