A stroll down Pooh Corner... and Dumbo's Circus

Post by disneyboy20022 »

Man... I never thought I would find this again...

I found at the local video store for $3 Too Smart for Strangers with Winnie the Pooh and all of a sudden... more than Fraggle Rock came to my mind... A circus.... Wasn't there a Circus Episode of Welcome to Pooh Corner... But then I though NO ITS DUMBO'S Circus and these all aired on the disney channel before there were commercials on it.....

Does anyone remember these shows.........and who thinks they will ever see the light of day on DVD.... Perhaps they could be released as a walt disney treasure...volume 1 and volume 2 and so on or however many treausres it takes to get both series on DVD..

I used to watch Dumbo's Circus all the time...But I don't think I really liked Pooh's Corner (I liked the animated MAoWtP). Somehow I doubt these will ever be released in full season sets...but I wouldn't know.
Yeah Disney!!!

I watched both of these on Disney as a little kid. I used to watch them very early in the morning every day. I loved Dumbo's Circus the best though. I used to watch Pooh's Corner and then also The New Adventures of Winnie The Pooh on ABC's Saturday morning.

Does anyone else remember the Alice in Wonderland live action series that was on Disney and Under The Umbrella Tree? I loved those as well.

Welcome to Pooh Corner was still on Disney from 1991-1995, at least it air that long here in Virginia. I watched when I was 3, when Disney aired Underneath The Umberlla Tree and The Wizard of Oz. I don't remeber Dumbo's Circus it must of been on before I was born and stoped aring by the time I started watching Disney.

I <3 classic Disney Channel! "Dumbo's Circus", by far, was my favorite of the little kids shows. I even played hookie from kindergarten or 1st grade just to stay home and watch it (after the show was over, I told my mom that I felt better, and I went to school)! I also loved watching "Adventures in Wonderland" and "Welcome to Pooh Corner" and "Under the Umbrella Tree". And "Mousercise".

I absolutely LOVED, LOVED, LOVED "Kids Incorporated" and "Mickey Mouse Club"- those were my absolute favorite shows ever back then, and I really wanted to be on one (or both) of them... :)

The early 90's of the Disney Channel, were and are the best. Growing up from 1991-1996, from age 3 to 8 were the best time to watch Disney, even up into the late 90's when they had Vault Disney, I loved watching that. I miss the Disney I grew up watching. :(

Yeah, I remember those shows. My sister and I liked "Adventures In Wonderland" so much that we got our Mom to tape it everyday when we were at school. To this day we still have approx. 40 - 60 episodes on tape. I still watch it occasionally.

Disney has changed way too much it's more about live action sitcoms and forgeting animated series. I want the Disney I use to watch with classic Disney and other cartoons in the morning/afternoon and their kiddie/pre-teen shows from late afternoon and night.

I remember watching Dumbo's Circus, I saw some clips on youtube and I remember the end of the show with Dumbo flying off with the wagon.

I remember the shows that are on the Disney Channel for years and years since I was a kid and growing up until I stopped watching it back in 2002. Now the Disney Channel is running garbage such as "Hanna Montana", "Life With Derek" and "Zack & Cody". I missed the old Disney Channel.

Life With Derek, isn't Disney it's Canadian.

I don't mind the new shows Disney Channel has, but would like it if they had classic and new Disney mixed together though.
