That's So Raven to air "No Smoking" episode in USA
This Saturday, the 10th of November, Disney Channel will air what some refer to as a "deleted" episode of the finished sitcom That's So Raven in the United States of America for the first time. The episode was originally cut because of the issue of teen smoking, obviously enough.
At any rate, I obviously recommend watching this on Saturday night if you have any interest in the series.

I'm so excited for a "new" episode of "That's So Raven"!!! But, for the non-Disney geeks out there (the term "Disney geek" was used by my film production teacher on Tuesday...she used to work for Disney), who don't know that the episode isn't "new", but just "delayed", they'll be wondering why Cory is back in California, and why Raven isn't at school.
I wonder if there will be a special introduction by the cast about the dangers of teen smoking.

I heard that it was Anneliese van der Pol, which is a whole other story. Still, rumors are simply rumors until proven otherwise.UmbrellaFish wrote:Didn't Orlando Brown get caught with marijuana while driving? I thought this was the reason this never got aired (until now) in the U.S.A.
Just something I heard on tv.com.

That's hot.

I just watched this episode, and there's no reason why they couldn't have showed it with the rest of that season. It's not like it told kids to smoke- it even said some of the things that happen when a person smokes.
I'm glad they finally air it, and if it helps even one person quit smoking (or helps someone not start), then it was definitely worthwhile to air. I mean, even if it doesn't help anyone, I'm still glad that they aired it, but hopefully some kids got the message.

haha. i decided to watch this episode because it sounded interesting. i miss that show. it was one of the best of disney channel (of course that doesn't say a lot).
the only time they show the little girl "smoking" the cigarette didn't even look lit. it was kind of funny.. it's like, "oh yeah.. so mature! i'm holding a cigarette in my hand like this, and sticking it to my mouth like this, like in the movies.. but without the smoke. tooooo cool."
ha.
but anyways. that's so raven was a good show.
i watched it until about halfway through and i decided it was just getting sucky and annoying and unfunny. but this episode was actually good.
much funnier show than hannah montana or the suite life. MUCH funnier.

yessss! omg! that's so the truth. of all the people i know who watch hannah montana and the suite life, i know NONE of them are stupid enough to find any of it funny.rs_milo_whatever wrote:the only reason you laugh through zack and cody and hannah montana is because of the laugh tracks, it somehow psycologically makes you laugh too...you know what i mean.
