Pretty much all I REALLY want is The Lion King 1 1/2 and after renting it, if I even like the movie "Runaway Jury". I've read the book and I heard that the movie is nothing like the book but I want to find out for myself.
Dragon, not lizard. I don't do that tongue thing.

April 6 - The Matrix Revolutions
You will be horribly disappointed with this one. Stop at Reloaded while you still have good memories of the story.

The movie theme (gun control) is nothing like the theme of the book (tobacco) in Runaway Jury. However the plot and what happens follows the book pretty closely. I actually enjoyed the movie!

I've already seen it, and yeah, it is dissapointing. The first 2 were much better, and Revolutions just dropped the feel of the series all together. It felt like a very different movie.

But I already have the Matrix, Matrix Reloaded, and Animatrix so I feel like I have to pick up Revolutions to complete the collection. I certainly won't be double dipping on any of these titles once they release future versions though.

I have a pretty long list on movies I am looking forward to in the coming months.

Lion King 1 ½-Feb 10
Spy kids 3d-March 2
Schindlers List-March 9
Dead Zone Second Season-March 16th
Rundown-March 23rd
Texas Chainsaw Massacre-March 30th
Brother Bear-March 30
Matrix Revolutions-April 6th
Haunted Mansion-April 20
Sex and the City Season 6-April 20

So Far I am not too sure what I want in May but I will probably find something.

I have the ones that you have, and I still have no desire to get Revolutions to "complete" the set. I can live just fine with finishing the series with Reloaded in my mind.

I guess that I'm not a completist.

I'm a quasi-completist. I have many Disney movies on multiple formats and re-issues. For example, I have The Lion King on VHS, CLV LD, CAV Box LD, and Platinum DVD. HOWEVER, The Lion King was at least a good movie!

Wave 3 Treasure Tins
Brother Bear
Maybe Haunted Mansion

Oh, and hopefully by May I will be able to save up enough money (from putting it all towards my tuition debt :( ) to pay for Alice in Wonderland also.

Actually, I don't consider myself a completist. In most cases, I don't feel the urge to own everything of a certain genre or movie type - for example, I don't feel like I need to own all the Disney animated classics.

But when it comes to trilogies, that's where I cave in. If I like and own the first 2 films of a trilogy, I feel like I have to have the 3rd movie, wether I really like it or not. And I'm not talking about a series of 3 films - I mean a trilogy with cliffhangers and a reletively connected story throughout all the movies. Matrix is one of those trilogies, so I feel like I should get the last one.

Definite purchase -

~Invader Zim: Volume 1 (probably just a preorder - no date has been set yet... )
~On the Front Lines
~Mickey Mouse in Living Color:
Volume 2
~The Chronological Donald
~Samurai Jack:
Season 1
~Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Volume 1 (the original 1987 series - includes the five-part intro episode, plus four unaired episodes from the final season that wrapped the stories and the series up.)
~Brother Bear

Maybe purchase -

~Ghosts of the Abyss
~Schindler's List
Gift Set (really expensive, though... O_o)
~The Gods Must Be Crazy I & II
~Return to Oz
~HR Pufnstuf - The Complete Series
(<-- never seen it, but out of morbid curiosity...)
~In Living Color Season 1

Possible rents -

~Kill Bill: Vol. 1
~The Magdalene Sisters
~Looney Tunes: Back in Action
~School of Rock
~American Splendor
~Lost in Translation
(I wanna ponder over that one again...)
~Pieces of April
~The Lion King 1½

Those are all I can think of at the moment. I wish I could add Lilo & Stitch and Pocahontas to the list, but alas... :(
Life often leaves us standing bare, naked and dejected with a lost opportunity. Over the bleached bones and jumbled residues of numerous civilizations are written the pathetic words: "Too late."

Is Disney insane with this choice for an SE? The movie is marginal, at best.
