I think the covere-art will get revise a bit, it's too boring. Also the character art is the same as the original releases. I think it's just supposed to be anough to entice us a bit. Similar to the way Lady and the Tramp II's re-release cover art was first shown to us.
I'm hopeing for some new special features or something because assuming that the re-release was shelved I went ahead and bought a used copy I found at a area fye 2 weeks ago.

The TinkerBell Movie will come out in fall 2008 (well,at least that what Disney Consumer Products said).atlanticaunderthesea wrote:When the Tinkerbell movie comes out in the fall maybe? That would be logical.
by the way-did anyone noticed it's the same as the old cover only it's green, new logo and TinkerBell is on the cover and Smee isn't there?.
i think the name is cute.
i think they only reason to watch this film is TinkerBell, they Ruined Peter Pan,Captain Hook is even stupiter then the first film,Jane is even more annyoing then Wendy and what's with that octupes? what happened to the Crocodiel?.
and i like the name actually
(Coming Soon to DVD:The Little Mermaid II:the Splashing Wet Edition).

Well... I wish I could say that I'm surprised by the lousy art and gimmicky name. There used to be a time when I could say that. Sigh. How carefree everything felt then.

						Pixie Powered Edition?

I don't know whats worse...Friendship Edition or Pixie Powered Edition? C'mon Disney...your killen me with the names.
Anyways it's about time this is coming out! When I first saw it I didn't really like it, mostly because Jane just annoyed me. Another thing I didn't like was the Mermaid Lagoon scene was really short(and extremely cheap looking compared to the original) and there was NO INDIAN CAMP!!! Those two scenes are two of my favorites in the original, so it was a bummer they weren't really seen in the sequel. My favorite moment is probably when Peter and Wendy see each other again...it's one of those "awww" moments.

Well I think it looks just...eh...
I sort of like the cover, I like the green, but I think they should change the character positions at least because it's almost identical to the original release's cover art. The NAME? - BAD. I think they need to change it. Why can't they just call it the "Special Edition"?! What's next? Oh, I know:
Coming next year: The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea - The Wet-n-Watered-Down Edition on DVD! WITH NO BONUS FEATURES! YAY!

Cinderella II: Dreams Come True: Happily Ever After Edition
or
Cinderella II: Dreams Come True: This sequel is horrible Edition
Overall I think Return to Neverland was better than Cinderella II.... of course a piece of dirt is more entertaining than Cinderella II.. Although I did like the song Put It Together performed by Brooke Allison...

They should release all sequels in a box and call it The Sequel Haters Anthology!!! I'd look great in my collection!!!disneyboy20022 wrote:Check the front page for an update on this movie..
Apparently it a goofy nam edition... Only this one in my opinion takes the cake of goofy name edition of being the most ridiculous name yet..
Return To NeverLand: The Pixie-Powered Edition.....![]()
And I thought The Friendship edition made me wanna laugh or gag.... ...
And the cover art looks like a bad photo shop of the first dvd release...
So far I am not getting my hopes up for a lot of special features....given the tag name of the movie.. Pixie Powered....

Even though I know what you really meant, reyquila ("It'd look great" instead of "I'd look great"), I just had toreyquila wrote:I'd look great in my collection!!!
Anyway, goofy-name or not, it's a movie I'm rather fond of, and the only reason I'd pick it up over the old one is because I can't find used copies at GameStop anymore. I used to find them at least once a month but would always pass, out of the ridiculous hope that this re-release would contain some more substantial bonus material.
