The Black Cauldron: Gurgi The Sword in the Stone: Merlin (I guess that he is a sidekick in some regards...) Robin Hood: Skippy and the other rabbits The Great Mouse Detective: Fidget
It's been too long since I've seen the other two movies, so I can't accurately give you answers for them. Since you said we can add to the list of classic sidekicks, I will. This character immediately came to my mind upon reading the title.
Cinderella: The Grand Duke
Obviously. He is my favorite "classical Disney sidekick," and for that matter, he always has been.
The Black Cauldron- Gurgi!
The Sword in the Stone- the squirrel...she's not really a sidekick, but she's awesome!
Robin Hood- Skippy & Toby
The Great Mouse Detective- Olivia (if she's considered a sidekick)
