Hi, yes Anastasia does come with a slipcover. I recently saw a whole mess at Target and for less than what I paid. Alhtough, for some reason the artwork looked different. I really hope they release this one on Blu-ray, when you watch the trailer it has a different feel to it. The picture looks as if it were from theaters.

Thanks. Do you know what can I do to get the slipcover since I bought the DVD without it? Any service I can get in touch, e-mail or telephone numbers of the company? Anything?

I don't like this movie, they filmed actors for the animation, it's a shame!

How on earth is that a shame? In my opinion, if this is done correctly, it is the best way to go!

It's not a shame, I'm sorry. Disney filmed many of the classics like Cinderella with real humans to help the animators with the animation.
And real animals were brought to the Disney Studios when Bambi and The Lion King were made.

What you could do is write an e-mail to Fox Distribution and ask if they stil have slip-covers or ask in the stores. Maybe they'll give or send you one.

Yes I know but it's different. Here ALL animations was filmed! In Cinderella for exemple the animator inspired of real humans and not for all animations and the final result is wonderfull! Note like Anastasia... In french we call this "anti-créatif".

Mm, I see what you mean. I happen to like Anya's looks a lot, though. She seems very real.
And yes, Cinderella and Cinderella III were on my mind when I first replied to this.

Sotiris, you could always buy a new copy, take the slipcover, and return that unopened copy to the store where you bought it, with the reciept...
