Well, I'm really good at converting oxygen into carbon dioxide, been doing it continuously for more than 22 years!
Strangely enough, in real life my dry wit is severely lacking, so I guess it's only an online talent.
In terms of regular talent, I'm particularly proud of some of my writing, as I really enjoy writing dark psychological pieces, then counter it with some comedic screwball ones. Two of my ongoing projects is a no-end-in-sight fanfic utilizing the two leads from
Bringing Up Baby and an always-changing-still-creepy play that was inspired by the portrait of Gene Tierney in
Laura. I won an award for an essay I wrote in the fifth grade, and I always excelled in my writing classes. Several short pieces appeared in our high school's literary magazine (then again, I was one of the senior co-editors, so I had some pull...), and at one point, I was able to film one of my early writing projects as an extremely low-budget soap-operatic miniseries (like...5 minute episodes, though only 2 were fully filmed, with the third never getting done). That doesn't really count though, since it was for my A/V class where we had a school news segment due every month (for our monthly news show "WTHS Monthly Rewind"), and could film other projects (that could air as part of the show) if we ever had extra time, and I always did.
I can whistle really well. I whistle so often that when my girlfriend comes over, I'm too tired to...pucker.*
I can wiggle both my ears, though I can't do them one at a time, and they don't wiggle very much (it's more like a tiny vibration than a full-on Dumbo-on-a-good-day wiggle).
I won't bother saying I can sing really well, because I can't. It's more of a harmonizing-with-whatever-I'm-listening-to-singing rather than a into-a-microphone-with-good-pitch-and-projection singing. I used to sing in elementary school (you know, back when everyone had a good voice regardless), but never really continued with it. I really only like singing to myself and not projecting it out to an audience.
I think my favorite talent though, is my disturbing ability to memorize things that really interest me and retain that information years after I read it. For example, even though I haven't been a committed soap fan in the last couple years I can still rattle off cast member names (and the years they were on the show), specific dates, and certain storylines on a show in great detail.
