I have a few of those in my drawing, previously posted (Mulan - Katie Leung from Harry Potter, Pocahontas - I chose her voice actress, Jasmine - I was at a loss, but ended up going with Aishwarya Rai, though I wanted someone truly Arabian. I've only seen her in stills, but in many of them she makes a perfect Jasmine, in many others though, she looks more Indian and probably too old for the part). If you meant Jane from Tarzan, I currently plan to use Rachel Hurd-Wood myself, the girl from the live-action Peter Pan, who is plenty old enough to play Jane by now.
I think I might go with Jennifer Love Hewitt as Megara, actually. She had crossed my mind before and I don't really see her as an Esmerelda type. Emma Watson might be good for Jane from Return to Neverland, yes, only thing is, for my purposes, I'm not sure I want Jane in the same picture with her mother, Wendy, being around the same age. As for Luna Lovegood's actress, I found her portrayal of Luna to completely remind me of Eilonwy, even if Eilonwy has more delicate features.
