Walt Disney Treasure missing Certificate of Authenticity

I just got Mickey Mouse in Living Color Vol 2 from the Disney Movie Club and it came shrink wrapped in the tin, with the blue band, but inside there was no certificate of authenticity. I'm going to call tomorrow and see if they'll swap it out with a new one.

Anyone ever hear of this issue?

I just noticed that the packign slip has a number but it is listed as "DVD Technical Support Only".

Does anyone know of another number I should use to call? I can't find anything on the website.

To speak with a person, you can call 1-888-257-9100...it's the New Members Hotline, but it's the only way to speak with a person...I've called it many times with no problem.
