I go for Pepsi most of the time.

The only way I find Coke to taste better than Pepsi is if it's at a near-freezing temperature, with ice crystals just beginning to form. But given the difficulty in achieving this exact state, I usually just opt for Pepsi.

In the realm of Diet drinks, I choose Diet Pepsi 100% of the time, without exception. Diet Coke is probably the worst carbonated beverage devised by man.

Obviously you've never tried Tab Energy. :P Picked it up by accident once thinking it was regular Tab. It wasn't...it was much worse.

Definitely coke over pepsi, even though my household only drinks Pepsi Max. My dad keeps buying the stuff just because it has no sugar in it or something. I personally prefer Coke. It's sweeter, and isn't as fizzy, if that makes sense. Sprite good as well, but I voted in the poll for Coke.

BUMP!

No particular reason in bumping this thread but to give my opinion.

I'm a Pepsi man 100%. Especially Diet Pepsi with Lime. Yummy.

I also prefer other Pepsi-made products like Diet 7up, Mountain Dew and Mug's Root Beer.

I thought I clearly remembered responding in the thread. But, if I did, I cannot seem to find where I did.

But, anyway, I'm a Sprite/Sierra Mist/7up (especially cherry) person.

I still stand by Poke:

Got to go with Pepsi, although I've switched over to diet sodas the past few months.

Diet Dr. Pepper, and Diet Pepsi is usually what I drink now.

Sprite has almost always been my favorite. I like Sierra Mist Free, too. If I'm at a restaurant that has Coke Products, I usually chose the drink w/o caffeine (Sprite) unless I want Lemonade or something. Same with Pepsi products Only restaurants - I choose Sierra Mist.
Disney Channel died when they stopped airing movies with Haley mills (Parent Trap and Pollyanna) and fun adventure movies like Swiss Family Robinson. R.I.P. the REAL Disney Channel. Date of Death: When the shows became teenie bopperish.

I posted a detailed post earlier about my likes and dislikes... I don't know if I mentioned Chocolate Soldiers, or not. I drank those as a kid, so I kind of have fond memories of them, but they are almost impossible to find now. They are kind of like a YooHoo, but different.

I just wanted to add: for me, a soft drink MUST have A. Carbonation, B. Caffeine (unless I've had some for the day,) and C. Sugar! I can't stand the taste of any Nutrasweet products, I always get a kind of "minty" aftertaste. I haven't had much luck with the other artificial sweeteners, either...

Dr Pepper is my "morning coffee." I don't know if it is the coldness, the bubbles, the caffeine, or the sugar rush, but it wakes me up. I don't really notice any effects from caffeine (jitters, sleeplessness, and so on,) but if I don't have any, I get a headache. Caffeine doesn't even help me stay awake if I stay up late. It takes me a couple of days of NO caffeine to get over the "addiction", and if I drink a soda, I go right back...

I got a free energy drink (the Mountain Dew Vault or Amp, or something,) and I noticed NO EFFECTS from that... :?

Coke is what you serve on the front porch. (at least according to an old commercial)

so I prefer it, even though I'm not much of a pop/cola/soft drink person. Plus it's what you get at Disney now. Like it or not.

Last year I invented a new drink. Cranberry Juice mixed with Coke. I call it Croke. Seriously it's very nice.

Also, around here we have "Mud". Pure orange juice mixed with Coke. It fizzes up a lot, but again is very nice, but seems to be a local thing only. Sometimes I get funny looks going into a pub and asking for a pint of Mud.

I prefer water because I HATE carbonated drinks!! The carbonation hurts my tongue and mouth (maybe I'm weird). My boyfriend will only drink Coke (or like Dr. Pepper, Rootbeer etc) but absolutely never Pepsi, he hates it. He prefers coke with the natural sugar and not the corn syrup.
Yeah Disney!!!

I am a drink whore, if I may say so, myself!

I go for it all! I like Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, Coke, Sprite, 7 Up, Moutain Dew, Water, Sweet Tea, milk, and so many others. I'm not a fan of diet anything. I do have my favorite, however. Dr. Pepper. I just have to have it. At least once a day!
