but in my old home town of Irvine we were close to two malls that both had disney stores. they were both about ten-fifteen minutes away. the one going toward dan diego had a regular one while the one going north to Disneyland had a double one meaning it had a disney store and right next to it was an animation store. i went back there for the 50th and they got rid of that little animation store and replaced it with a cloth store :( . i loved their little tv in the back.
There's one in Stonebriar Mall in Frisco and they do a healthy bit of business judging from foot traffic in the store and bags with Mickey on them I see around the mall.

And there is one in Valley View Mall (which is less than a mile from the Galleria in Dallas). And there is also one in Collin Creek Mall in Plano and one in Grapevine Mills mall. so there are at least 4 others in the Dallas area beyond NorthPark.

There's one in Middletown as well.

Its funny a few years ago or town's mall, it was a local mall not chain or anything, was bought by Westfields mall. We had a pretty sweet Disney store. It was the biggest store in the mall that wasn't an outlet (there was a Disney outlet a few towns away). The style was pretty dark and had a huge screen in the back that played Disney stuff and was surronded by tons of stuff animals and they sold tons of other stuff. They had Mickey, Donald, Minnie, and Daisy in the Display as puppets except they were electronic so they moved and everything and during the holidays or a new movie they'd be dressed up. When Westfield bought the mall they kicked the Disney store out and there was so much complaining that they brought it back and its horrible! Its all *shudder* modern. With a Red Disney Ear arc as you walk in and its all white and there's almost nothing in the store. In the old one you could bearly get by they had so much stuff. I thought maybe it was just our mall but then I went down to the outlet and its the same way. Anyone else's Disney Store change?

the one at my local mall closed around 5 years ago. There's only one left in my state, I guess I'm lucky it was close enough. But I was really upset when they closed the one at my mall because I liked going there when I went to the mall.
Disney Channel died when they stopped airing movies with Haley mills (Parent Trap and Pollyanna) and fun adventure movies like Swiss Family Robinson. R.I.P. the REAL Disney Channel. Date of Death: When the shows became teenie bopperish.

Well although TCP has been keeping a kind of a Disney Store in the malls the reality is that anything except the clothes are quite a poor quality, no more good staff that you can say it is a Disney thing, they better focus on clothes which I can state are heavy duty kind of, my little boy have been proved to me. I think that the failure resides in the absurdity of the Disney Price, it became the time when it simple was too much for the product. I still walking around Downtown Disney to see what it remains from a good looking stores... incredible how in a few years things come to an end...
For your reference and records my native language is Spanish.
