Oh, and to get back on topic, I'm DVRing the villains cake special tonight. Can't wait! Disney villains + cake =

Thanks allot Aaron

. I'm glad you like it!!! Every few weeks I’ll focus on another Villain, with their animated form in my avatar and their theme park character in my sig. The picture is not from "Dream along with Mickey" it's from "Villains Mix & Mingle", the castle stage show preformed at MNSSHP. I'm glad you like it. Although I saw the show live last September, I found the photo online. It's a beautiful photo and was my desktop wallpaper for awhile. If you'd like I’ll send you the pic in a PM.
Sorry for the off-topicness, now to the Cake Competition.....
It was a dream come true for me to watch. The Villains rarely get their fair share of publicity so I was very happy to see them on Food Network. I loved the show and those competitors are artists, each person created such a unique cake that was outstanding on its own.
WARNING: Spoilers Below....
Cruella De Vil Cake: This was the most artistic. I loved the how it reflected the original film with its sketchy backgrounds. I also liked the idea of Cruella taking the puppies on a chaotic walk. This was my second favorite cake. 4 Stars.
Ursula Cake: Wow could this lady sculpt. She was sawing away at that cake, but the results were great. I loved how she had the crystal ball with Ariel. I agree with the judges, the colors were too dark and it did look better in white. It was still a great cake. 4 Stars.
Scar Cake: A great attempt but their was no wow factor. It was just a full body cake of scar. I liked how he used the licorice for the mane, but he was more obsessed with making the arm function. 3 Stars.
Jafar Cake: It was a fine attempt. You could so tell that this was her first competion. At least she could use it as a learning experience. The biggest problem in this case was time management. She could have created a masterpiece if she just managed her time correctly. 3 Stars.
Captain Hook Cake: A work of Art!! It was perfect in every way. The characters were so on model and it came off flawless. It truly deserved to win. 5 Stars.
This was a great special. The Captain Hook cake was absolutely incredible and totally deserving of the win. Just wow!
My second favorite was the Cruella cake. Everything about it was excellent except Cruella's face, which was undetailed and off-model. That and the fact that she was so small in comparison to all the others really hurt him. This was a villains cake competition, after all, not a background art competition, and I think he neglected to pay enough attention to Cruella herself.
My third favorite was Ursula. The colors were off, but I thought they stressed that fact too much. As Disney's Divinity said, that happens all the time, so who can blame her? Besides, she wasn't that off and who's to say that Ursula wasn't in the shadows in her scene?

My biggest problem with her was actually the sculpting and molding... it was looking incredible for a while but I thought she ended up looking a little awkwardly squashed up. It's almost as if she needed even more cake to work with (which is saying something).
My fourth favorite is Scar, by default. I thought the licorice looked awesome as a mane, though I understand the problem with the rules. That aside, this cake was really lacking detail. Even if it hadn't fallen apart, it wouldn't really have deserved an award when compared with the others.
In last place is Jafar. Clearly, the poor lady was flustered and a newbie who mismanaged her time. It ended up looking like a large-scale preschool Play-Doh project, I'm afraid. I would have loved to see Jafar if she'd been given a few more hours to work on him.
Hopefully they do a second volume of this with five more villains. I'm with lord-of-sith... they need a Maleficent cake.
