I have already seen it, and yes, it does!
I've just rewatched the special on the disc and I have two observations.

1) It's very good for a television special and is very entertaining and informative at the same time.

2) As Joe says, Roy is featured. However, his contribution can be no longer than approx. 20 seconds, so I doubt Disney will make any attempt to edit it out.
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database
