new to club question

How long after I order something should it take to show up on my order history? I placed 2 order 1 by phone and 1 from the website on either Thursday or Friday and they don't show up yet. On 1 I paid for ground.

Sometimes it will show up right after you placed an order and other times it might take a couple of days before it shows up......also welcome to the club and form "dragoncdf"

Then things disappear for awhile... then show back up. It's not really reliable at all.

My advice is, if you order online, always print out the receipt that appears at the end of your transaction...ALWAYS!!!

And, if you order by phone, always ask the cast member to send you a confirmation email.

I figured out why they don't show. After my dvds for joining showed up I called and switched to bill me option. When i did that they said they would send a invoice with my order now they want me to prepay. Does anyone know why?

Well, the invoice will list what you bought and what you owe them. I'm confused, I guess...they said they'll send you invoice, so you can pay later, but then they said they want you to pay now???

Exactly they tell me 2 different things. They told me I need to be a member awhile before they'll send the dvds first.

That makes no sense...you don't "have to be a member a while" before they send out your initial package...that's just weird. If I were you, I'd call tomorrow and, chances are, you'd speak to a different cast member, and you can tell them what the other cast member(s) has/have told you, and ask them what the next step is for your account...

I thought I would update you'll. After they told me my 2 order needed to be prepaying I canceled both Lost season 2 and Dinosaurs seasons 1 & 2 and tried ordering something cheaper. Thinking maybe they're like Columbia House with a order limit when you first join. It has apparently worked as my new dvd has shipped or at least I got a shipping notice.Thanks for everybody for the help.
