M_I: Hello fellow UD members, welcome to the 4th Annual UD Awards, Prue and I have been very fortunate of hosting this year and our first time too *chuckles* Now this award will be presented by 2 dignifyed hosts, myself and the ever charming Pruedence. We had many new members this year, some of 'em hit the ball out of the park with Regular UD and some were alil shy bout reaching out... Most of us enjoy having newbies and we're always friendly towards *Smiles warmly at the crowd* and now this new member of the year shall have their moment of stardom, ladies and gents.

Prudence: Everyone here knows what it's like to join a forum. You choose a particular screen name, say a few bits, and come to realize that everyone views you as "the new person." It takes a special type of "new person" to earn the New Member of the Year Award. Personality, intelligence, and an understanding of the unwritten rules are required.
