It depends where Hennie lives (in Europe I would guess from his sig). I believe Seabiscuit is a Buena Vista release outside America.

Folowing the link of the IMDB site (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0329575/combined) this movie has a lot of distributors around the world, in US is universal, but in another coutries is buena vista
