Aladdin, Bambi,Cinderella?

Post by Ballzo »

I am new to the forum and I had a few questions...

1)Have Aladdin, Bambi or Cinderella been confirmed to be released on DVD?

2)Are there any more "2nd" editions (IE: Alice in Wonderland ME) that have been confirmed?

If anyone can help me with this questions it would be appretiated.
Thank you!

Welcome to the forums! :)

Instead of me answering these for you, I'd like you to take a look at the menu in the top-right hand corner of the screen.

If you click on "Animated Classics", it lists all of those films and what DVD incarnations they have been in, haven't been in, or will be in.

Also, if you click on "Upcoming Releases", it'll show you just that.

These are great lists and I think you'll find they are very helpful.

Well, with Disney NOTHING is confirmed until it is on the shelf...

BUT

99% indication that Aladdin will be out on DVD as this years Platinum release in October.

According to Disney.co.uk Bambi will be out in mid-2005, but this is contrary to the platinum list we have now which says 2006.

Cinderella is assumed to be out in March 2005.

Also, have a look at the front page and the FAQsection.

And from the front page:
The highly anticipated 2-disc Masterpiece Editions of Pocahontas and Lilo & Stitch have been pushed back to 2005, where the latter will coincide with the theatrical release of Lilo & Stitch II.

The 2-disc Special Edition of Mary Poppins has also been delayed to December of this year

Hope this helps...

You should check the upcoming releases section of this site. It has good information on what's coming out and when. Aladdin is supposed to be out this October as a Platnium edition but who knows. That Cinderella DVD BETTER come out in 2005 or you'll be looking at one UNHAPPY camper.
Dragon, not lizard. I don't do that tongue thing.

I think we should expect both "Bambi" AND "Cinderella" for 2005.
Still, I really would like to get "The Little Mermaid" in 2005, since it seems "Bambi" and "Cinderella" are certain releases in international territories.

This is one thing that I can't understand, why does 4 people answere the same question with the same answeres? Would it not be enough with one answere?

Exactly my point of wiev also.
I think we must all try a little harder to read the others posts before we answer.
Not just answer to the first post with it´s question/s.

Of course two people can answer the post in the same time - but then there is a way of erase or edit...

I hope I don´t sound judical here, but there is not very fun to read trough posts that state the same in post after post...

Understand me right and don´t get upset, but let us try a little harder on this, all throughout this board.
