first movie without inserts

well, i was very excited when i came home to see my videos from the club had arrived, Tarzan special edit and fox and the hound 2. I was more excited for the latter movie because I wanted to enter the code for more rewards points lol, but there are zero insterts 8-( I can see forgetting the rewards sheet but to forget every insert? come on...lol so they just told me to call consumer relations...wish me luck

Disney Movie Rewards is known for getting things..."mixed up". xD

they want me to fax them a copy of my receipt and all that good stuff and they will email me a code but the lady was surprised that I wanted the other inserts, like the chapter guide and whatever else is supposed to be there. first she told me there are no inserts and i argued that rarely do you see a brand new dvd with NO inserts so she took forever to check her computer and was like, oh yes you're right....i asked her if she could send them and she had to check but came back with a yes lol. i just want my inserts, i love the inserts lol

I'm with you on that. I,too,love inserts! They make a movie...a movie. If you need to know how much of the movie is left,you look at the inserts. Haha... You can usually rely on Disney movies for insterts =D

I have to say that I have seen a lot of new movies released without any type of insert, so I do not find that unusual. If I remember right, Nacho Libre did not have an insert (or at least my copy did not).
