New Instant Win Game at Disney Movie Rewards.

Post by PixarFan2006 »

Has anyone tried the new Instant Win Game yet? Its pretty different from the old way they did it. Try it and tell what you thought.

I tried and I lost.

I don't understand- I didn't see any pictures repeated, and especially not repeated in a row. I miss the old game. Which really wasn't a game, just luck. That was hard... :(

I don't get it lol.... maybe too many people complaining about never winning so they figured they'd make it a skill game instead of a luck game? I'd rather take the luck!

I played it.. I got confused about it and lost....

Also was there a Meet the Robinsons Cover art in those covers of Disney DVDs and Blu Ray discs ???? Because I thought I saw a glimpse of possible cover art for the DVD and/or Blu Ray Disc Release release of Meet the Robinsons.... Did anyone else see that???

Hmmm...I tried it, but no luck. It didn't look like the images ever were the same in any row---and I let it shuffle for a while.

My thoughts exactly. I stared at that stupid window for the longest time as everything shuffled, and NOTHING repeated. I even focused my attention on one cover art at a time to sort of filter out everything else, and I still didn't see any repeats. :?

I think what they mean is not that all 3 pics need to be the same, but that they're in the same order that they were in the original picture. Like Robin Hood needs to be beside Narnia and Cars....I think...

You're a potential winner of 50 Points from Disney Movie Rewards! We'll send you an email on how to claim your prize.
 Although its better than a Disney Enchanted Phone Call I still would like to win that Rocketeer helmet and then have Escapay be Green with envy because I have a Rocketeer Helmet... :P J/K I would like the Jack Sparrow Replica Sword...

I lined up Robin Hood in 3 in a row going up and down on the 3rd colum

Anyway Good luck to future possible winners!!

Heck, I'll *buy* the Rocketeer Helmet off of whoever wins it! Seriously, I lobsterlove that film and to have the helmet (even if it's a reproduction and not the original) would be just...like...heaven.

Hey, I won!

Mine was the Hannah Montana cover, and it was lined up vertically, from left to right. So, you can win with three in a row, just like in tic-tac-toe.

The prize I won was the Kodak stickers. Nothing major. The last game, i won a Disney Enchanted Call. I am going to set that up for my nephew. I hope they have some male characters available.

It wouldn't be the first time Disney lied. They had a special giveaway for their Disney Visa cardmembers where the first 500 people to answer a survey during Meet the Robinson's opening weekend would receive a free soundtrack. I filled out the survey as soon as I came back from seeing the film, was told that I won, and that I would getting the soundtrack in about 3 to 4 weeks. Well, it's been 6 weeks and still no soundtrack. Thanks, Disney. :P

And to keep this post on-topic, I tried the Instant Win game again today, this time keeping in the mind that they want three boxes to be in the same position as the first were rather than repeating in a row like I thought. Well, I still didn't see three squares that were in the same order as in the first set. I'm beginning to think this game is rigged and that it's basically like the old instant win game (some people will have a chance to win and some won't, depending on when you visit the site). The key difference here, though, is that the number of potential winners is decreased because not everyone that's accessed a winning version of the game will figure out HOW to win. No wonder they decided to offer cooler prizes this time around.

Jules: You know the shows on TV?
Vincent: I don't watch TV.
Jules: Yeah, but, you are aware that there's an invention called television, and on this invention they show shows, right?
