Bug's Life - New vs. Old

Post by swray1024 »

Howdy everyone. I hope this isn't a redundant post. I have the older Bug's Life on DVD. The 2 disc. Is the new one that came out the same disc with the same features basically? I know the artwork changed and the slipcover has been added. Are there any other differences?

Hi, it is a redundant post, but that's okay. It's a topic that turns up frequently.

Here's a thread from earlier this month on the very topic:

Thanks for the link! I am going back and forth on it. I may hold off, but since the slipcovers are becoming all the rage, I may have to cave in. We will see. I wish it had a lot more stuff on it, so I could justify it easier. But with a tradein of the old one it might not be too bad.

Get whatever version you want. If you feel the need to upgrade, then upgrade. Both versions are pretty much the same except for the artwork and the fishy facts.

Thanks Mushu. Looks like I am going to Costco today. We will see. I will probably end up pulling the trigger..I am probably being overly dramatic about it!

Yes you are swray! (just kidding). I'm going to Blockbuster today to see what OOP Disney DVDs they have. I'm checking to see if they have Mulan. Don't really care about the lack of special features. Just want to see the movie in widescreen.
