That's not true at all. They did not "make two of everything" when they built Disney World, they only built one of each and construction for Tokyo DL started years later.
Tokyo Disneyland is definatley a mix of both Disneyland and Magic Kingdom with some original elements thrown in. It's a beautiful park and I enjoy how it's this hybrid of the MKs in the US.
Perfect examples: Cinderella Castle with Disneyland's Plaza Pavilion next to it. Or Disneyland's it's a small world facade with MK's interior (although TDL's looks nicer). Disneyland's Toon Town is there, so is Pinocchio but they have MK's Haunted Mansion.
And Pirates is the same as Disneyland's not MKs, right down to the Blue Bayou Restuarant and the rest of New Orleans Square is there to for that matter.

As for Tokyo Disney Sea's, I really wanted to go until I talked to somebody who went. He said that there was about as much to do there as at Animal Kingdom, which for me is a 4 hour park and then I've done everything I care to do.
Tokyo DisneySea is not a 4 hour park. Especially when it's busy. This is Disney's crowing acheivement in Imagineering and has much more to offer than Animal Kingdom. I spent two days there on each of my trips, I wish it could have been more.
Really, the whole Tokyo Disney Resort experience is out of the world and offers the highest quality Disney vacation.
