When I log in to rewards it asks me to read the agreement and ckeck the box. I've done so but after I click the submit button yellow writing comes up telling me I have to read the agreement and check the box before proceeding and that's just what I have already done. What's the problem? Anyone know?
Thanks.

It may be your computer firewall. My company has a forum and my members sometimes experience this same type of issue. It won't let them past a certain page, in our case the log-on page! I tell them to turn their firewall off, log in, then turn the firewall back on. Works everytime and since you only have to agree to the terms initially, you should not have the problem next time you visit.
Good Luck!

Uncle Ed,
When the Disney Movie Rewards site had the thing to print out for the Meet The Robinsons tickets, I couldn't print them out from this computer since it is Windows ME and we can't install the newest version of Flash player. It just kept going in circles everytime I tried to get to the page to print. Maybe that's the problem?

I did have to update Flash before I could use it today. I'm on Windows XP with a dial up connection. I joined because I now have 6 DVDs with codes and thought it was time to start this. When I joined it already had my info on record from the Disney Store site but it wants me to select that I've read the terms and I keep going around in circles as is mentioned here. I don't think it's a firewall problem because pop up ads always seem to get past it. I just don't get this. I've deleted cookies, restarted, etc. and I'm still having this problem. Disney doesn't seem to make this easy, do they?

My IT people are pretty computer sauvy and even though you don't think its the firewall, you need to give this method a shot. You won't know if it works or not until you try. Popups get past firewalls all the time becuase they are embedded in the page. Once the firewall is off, it will allow the whole page to download.

It could be the browser that you are using. I know that firefox handles forms differently than IE does. If you're using firefox or another browser there's a possibility that it isn't registering that you checked the check box, and therefore it's asking you to do it again.
Also, make sure you have any pop-up blockers turned off. They may be trying to show you another message that's not coming through.
