Overall I think he's a good villain but they could have minimized his reactions towards the Crocodile, it just seemed to me like they always overdid Hook's hysteria towards a creature that has no possible way of getting to him while he's on his ship. However Hook does have his shining moments like when he tricks Tinkerbell, and when he leaves the bomb behind for Peter Pan. One thing I've never understood is how did Hook get to Neverland? He obviously didn't fly, so could there be more islands or even a far off town in Neverland?, or maybe there's more than one way to get to Neverland

He was one of the main reasons I used to hate Peter Pan as a child. After re-watching the Platinum Edition, he isn't as pathetic a character to me anymore. But his antics still minimize his villainy far too often.

Listening to most often lately:
Taylor Swift ~ ~ "The Fate of Ophelia"
Taylor Swift ~ "Eldest Daughter"
Taylor Swift ~ "CANCELLED!"

Return To Neverland could have given Hook a big boost in the Villainy department since they mentioned he was finally rid of the Crocodile. But than they went and put that Octopus in
I wonder what the movie would have been like if Hook wasn't scared of anything in the second movie, I had high hopes for him but as always they came crashing down the second he let out his shrieks. But one thing that I find weird is how he doesn't freak out with the Crocodile being tables away from him in House of Villains (I guess it's because they're on the same side?)

Re: Capt. Hook
Capt. Hook is one of the finest Disney villain who becomes blindsighted by revenge, course he's alil off from his Barrie version...Hook contains some wickedness in him. For example, he uses manners and retains a british gentlemen quality as a mask to his foes. Frank Thomas did a wonderful job of refreshing Capt. Hook from a dark, sinster, unredeeming person to a complex, semi comical villain.
