Strange Virus in Disney Animated Classics: Quick DVD Guide

Post by jeremy88 »

So I wanted to read some of the Disney DVD's listed in the Disney Animated Classics: Quick DVD Guide thread.

But for some odd reason when I clicked on the The Lion King: Platinum Edition link a million different windows started opening up and it was going insane! It took me forever to finally close all of them because the windows kept popping back up out of no where! So then I thought just something weird might've happened on the page and let it go before I decided to click anything again.

Today, I thought "Maybe the virus is gone or someone fixed it."
I clicked on Alice in Wonderland: Masterpiece Edition and lo and behold the same thing happened!

So I don't know if anyone else has noticed that. Or if its just on my computer. But I think someone needs to go check it out. Cause it is a very interestingly strange virus....or bug what ever it is.

I checked my main post and all the links are the correct ones, and they open a new window that goes straight to the post needed.

I'm not sure what the problem is, maybe because it opens in a new window instead of just going straight down to the post...

If you're using Mozilla Firefox or the newest Internet Explorer, try opening them in separate tabs and seeing if that keeps the new windows popping up all over the place.

Oooh I see,

Well I checked back on the Lion King and Alice links...those are fine now...but I clicked on Aladdin: Platinum Editon and the same thing happened..

I guess it only happens when you first click the link. Still odd, I wonder if anyone else has that problem.

Anyways thanks Escapay :)

Oh and Im using Cox High Speed internet, its not new I dont think heh.

If those links are changing for you, then you've probably got something bad on your computer.
