But they both look to be fully grown...and a woman...Aladdin from Agrabah wrote:They are Phillip and Aurora to me!
And I believe it's the scene where young Phillip meets baby Aurora for the first time.
"Ta ta ta taaaa! Look at me... I'm a snowman! I'm gonna go stand on someone's lawn if I don't get something to do around here pretty soon!"

I can't see THAT well to say that they're grown up and I really can't see that woman everybody is talking about. That's young Phillip with his funny hat he was wearing when the baby princess was introduced to him. Aurora may not look like a baby, but she looks quite younger than a 16-year old girl I think.SpringHeelJack wrote:But they both look to be fully grown...and a woman...

I see a woman with dark borwn hair pulled into a bun, which may account for the hat you see. There appears to be a woman sitting next to her, with her arm on the first figure's knee. The figure proportionately appears to be too big for a young girl.Aladdin from Agrabah wrote:I can't see THAT well to say that they're grown up and I really can't see that woman everybody is talking about. Here's the deal. Everyone is using phrases like "I can't see it that well" so nobody should be saying that this is for sure Phillip and Aurora. And as I've already said twice, it wasn't in the commentary. Every other hidden object in the film was mentioned in the commentary. This is a pretty major one, so I highly doubt it is Aurora and Phillip. And as I've also said, due to it's position above the fireplace, it is probably Eric's parents.

Awww, thank you so much!! Yeah, I'm really dying to watch TLM3 and since we've got no official advertisment for the movie I decided to create one myself! Glad you liked it!atlanticaunderthesea wrote:Aladdin from Agrabah, I LOVE LOVE LOVE your siggy! Its the best one you have ever had! Phillip and Aurora in The Little Mermaid?
Yea, but then how come they didn't reveal that the King and Grand Duke from Cinderella made it into the movie?:goofystitch wrote:And as I've already said twice, it wasn't in the commentary. I'd like to present you with this image, where I made some comparisons and drew some lines. I will explain what the lines mean and more:

The Brown-haired Person: Some people seem to think the brown-haired person looks like a girl or woman, but Prince Phillip was meant to be a handsome, young-looking prince. He has a soft face that isn't that far of a stretch from the brown-haired person's. Phillip's hair has been depicted as brown before, though it looks more blonde in the restoration. Remember, The Little Mermaid was made before Sleeping Beauty was restored with the correct colors. Also, the painting is in shadow, and colors could be darker than they would normally be. Plus, the colors of the King and Grand Duke's clothes and hair aren't entirely correct, either. There seems to be something in the brown-haired person's hair, though, on top of their head. It could be the feather from Prince Phillip's hat, but it doesn't look like the rest of his hat is there. I drew a pink line for the feather, anyway.
Some people thought the brown-haired person looked like Cinderella's stepsister Anastasia. The red color of her hair is close to the brown color, and like I said, restoration and shadow could come into play. The thing on top of the person's head could be that gold-looking thing in Anastasia's hair, so I drew a yellow line for that. Under the person's neck, it looks like there could even be a choker like the one Anastasia wore to the ball, but it could just be another shadow. I drew a pink line for that. If the King and Grand Duke made it into the film, maybe Anastasia could, too, though it would be unlikely since the other woman is Aurora or no one we know.
The Blond-haired Person: This one really looks like Aurora. From the hair to the blue dress, to the sharp, long face. Face it, Aurora has sharp features, even a big, strong chin. The space under the brown-haired person's chin could be Aurora's crown, but I'm thinking it's just the brown-haired person's neck, since it's colored the same as that person's skin. I drew a yellow line for it anyway. Maybe if Phillip has a feather and no hat, Aurora has no crown. And the King and Grand Duke had different colored outfits, anyway.
Their seems to be a white or very light-colored collar on the blond-haired person, which looks much like Aurora's collar, and it's even V-shaped and has a low neck-line. I drew a light blue line for that. Aurora's peasant outfit also has a white collar, which I drew a white line for, and the sleeves of her peasant outfit kind of look like the sleeves on the blond-haired person's outfit, just gray instead of blue. For what it's worth, I found an image of Aurora with her hands on her hips, in a similar position to the way the blond-haired person is posed.
Oh, and also found this area of the blond-haired person's outfit that looks like it could be boobs. So I drew a blue line for that.

well i'm not really saying that it was officially hidden, i was thinking that maybe it was jsut a little suprise hiddden by the background designer or something, great analysis by the way, Disney Duster.
although it would be mighty cute if it turns out that Eric was related to Aurora and Phillip
