half.com problems

does anybody here deal with half.com. i have had 3 disney oop's get refunded back to me for non shipable reasons. any info?

I'm not sure with out more info, but I know the same thing happens sometimes on Ebay as well. A seller will post their item in multiple places, and sometimes even has a store they will sell from as well. If a DVD gets sold in the store and they don't take down the Ebay or Half.com listing, it is possible that it will get resold. Now they obviously don't have anything to send you, so they just refund your money.

Frustrating, I know, but at least they don't try and keep the cash.

the people i buy the items from send me e-mails that say the item was shipped, then about a week later i get the notice of refund. 3 times 3 different sellers all on half.com.

That is unusual, you should email the person directly and find out what happened. I mean 3 different times, thats weird!?!
