Select a theme song for the person above you.

I think it's fairly obvious how this game works, but just in case:

Person A: "Beethoven's Ninth."
Person B: "La Bomba - Ricky Martin."
Person C: "Just the Girl - The Click Five."

Prue: Say Ok (Vanessa Hudgens)/Breakaway (Kelly Clarkson)

Mason: I Am What I Am (Jonas Bros)/ Dare You To Move (SwitchFoot)

Hopefully I'm playing this correctly.

Well, you're not supposed to do it for yourself - and I really don't like either of those songs, nor do they fit me all that much.

Oh well. To select a song for you now.

La Bomba - Ricky Martin. Because, of course.

I'll try to remember. Haven't heard Ricky Martin in a long time, but La Boma suits me just fine.

Hah, I did re-write the lyrics to Reba's "I'm a Survivor." I re-wrote 75% of the lyrics and now the song suits me perfectly. Now I'm going to type the true story here:

Oh wait, no. It's embarrassing. Edit: Tough, time to be embarrassed.

"I was born two months too early
And offered to be thrown away
But I must have had my namesake's strengths
And such amazing grace

I guess I'll keep on living
Even if this life's to die for.
I've grown up too fast and I'm not crying,
To handle all of life I'm trying
But fate is odd, for I was born to be

Chorus:
The baby girl without a chance
A victim of the circumstance
The one who ought to give up, but she's just
Too hard headed
A Pi Phi girl who works two jobs
Who loves her friends and never stops
With gentle hands and the heart of a fighter
I'm a survivor.

So I believe in myself
Even when it brings me down;
I'm like the queen of Murphy's Law
Thus I can't hide behind a crown;
When the deck is stacked against me
I won't play a different game
So now my roots are planted in the past
And though my life is changing fast
Who I am is who I want to be

Repeat Chorus

A Pi Phi girl who works two jobs,
Loves her best friend and never stops
With gentle hands and the heart of a fighter -
I'm a survivor.

But I must still have my namesake's strengths
And such amazing grace."

~*~

(I have many namesakes, thus the word was in plural form.) As for you:

Girlfriend - Avril Lavigne. No, I'm kidding.

Just the Girl - The Click Five; in reference to you as the singer and the lady as myself. (Although I'm not outwardly cruel!) I swear I won't actually say Beethoven's Ninth next time.
