Really?Disneykid wrote:Plus, there's the possibility of the new Harry Potter trailer being attached (it's been confirmed to debut with TMNT, but I'm hoping my theater will also attach it to Robinsons).
I haven't heard anything on the new trailer...and I would think Mugglenet would have posted info about it.
But if you're sure, I am with you in total anticipation!
The trailer makes the film look rather sweet, which is good. I think Ratatooey is really adorable. I hope they make plushes!
I can't wait for this film!

I watched the trailer yesterday when it was posted, but didn't have time to comment. This movie looks great! I hope the trailor premiers in front of "Meet the Robinsons."

This looks to be a very good movie, and I hope it can stand up to "Cars", which I thought was the best from Pixar, so far.

And just what the heck is wrong with it being a buddy film? Gad, you guys can't be pleased by anyone. The only thing... It's still another buddy film.

That's funny, there wasn't anything crappy about the trailer at all, so you shouldn't be complaining. I don't see what's wrong with buddy films, Disney made a bunch of princess and love movies.Julian Carter wrote:Sometimes it's good to complain, or people will think you're satisfied with the crap.
I'm just laughing at those who are waiting to see Pixar churn out bad films. That is one of the most ridiculous things I've heard people do. Get a life.
I liked the trailer. I was a bit worried in the beginning where he just runs around throwing stuff into the pot, but when the chef came in and both of their eyes widen...that got me laughing. I can't wait for March 30th, a good movie plus a great trailer.

Can't wait to see this film, am I the only one who finds it a bit interesting that on the site it's billed as "From the Creators of 'Cars' and 'Finding Nemo' and the Director of 'The Incredibles'" so, what's going on, is The Incredibles no longer a Pixar film, usually they mention the two most successful Pixar films when they're marketing the film, which would replace Cars with The Incredibles. But the tag billing mentioning Brad Bird, makes it look like The Incredibles was a different company and they were able to bring him over to direct Ratatouille. Anyone else have some thoughts about this.MadonnasManOne wrote:The official Ratatouille site has a countdown clock for the new trailer.

No big deal, they will do the same for Wall-E : "from the creators of The Incredibles & Cars and the director of Finding Nemo".Buzz Lightyear wrote:Can't wait to see this film, am I the only one who finds it a bit interesting that on the site it's billed as "From the Creators of 'Cars' and 'Finding Nemo' and the Director of 'The Incredibles'" so, what's going on, is The Incredibles no longer a Pixar film, usually they mention the two most successful Pixar films when they're marketing the film, which would replace Cars with The Incredibles. Isn't Brad Bird the co-director?
Not that it matters. They billed Valiant as coming from the creators of Shrek. Which I suppose was true if you did a mind-squint when thinking about it.

Alas, there was no "new" HP5 trailer on TMNT...just the one teaser we have seen since Happy Feet. I'm starting to think that you meant just that one.numba1lostboy wrote:Really?Disneykid wrote:Plus, there's the possibility of the new Harry Potter trailer being attached (it's been confirmed to debut with TMNT, but I'm hoping my theater will also attach it to Robinsons).

Well, "hell may look like it's freezing over", but I've seen both the Hong Kong trailer when it was first posted on youtube, and the new America trailer here, and I must say, I'm actually really impressed!Julian Carter wrote:Wow ... this looks good.![]()
I am definitely going to see this ... However, I just can't help anticipating a WDFA film more than a Pixar film. I'd say T/P Fan would agree there.
Actually, I'd bet that old Justin is sending Ratatouille to hell.
The animation looks really good and stylized without looking too technical, and the story and characters actually look very appealing and charming.
As far as Pixar's formula goes, so far, this looks to be the first Pixar movie to go completely out of the box(with the exception of The <strike>Fantastic Four</strike> Incredibles). Okay, it does kinda have the Aladdin/Shark Tale vibe to it as one character lies to the public by using someone else and becomes famous, but aside from that, it actually looks extremely original for change. This boosts my anticipation for the movie much higher after the lame "teaser trailer"(which the idea for them are completely old and unfunny now, but by waiting until the end of March to show us something, looks like Disney/Pixar exces are finally learning their lesson) and am convince it can be a "great movie". Plus with Brad Bird working on this(who I really like, despite seeing The Incredibles' flaws), this looks to be the best made Pixar film since Monster's Inc.
But in the end, I still am anticipating Meet the Robinsons more.
Whoops, sorry. A trailer description was passed around online, and DarkHorizons said it'd be with TMNT:numba1lostboy wrote:Alas, there was no "new" HP5 trailer on TMNT...just the one teaser we have seen since Happy Feet. I'm starting to think that you meant just that one.![]()

I love the new trailer! I so can't wait to see this!
Is it my imagination, or, is the chef that yells, "Rat!", then asks, "Do you know what would happen if anyone knew we had a rat in our kitchen? Go, take it away from here, garbage boy!", voiced by Brad Bird? It sure sounded like him. It had a little Edna Mode in it. I'm curious to know.
