Great find Ariel'sprince! I think it is pretty much as we expected though, no major differences. I just wish they would have used new pictures of Aurora and Jasmine, instead of old ones.

I've never seen that Jasmine picture, and I think that it's different that when she wears the gold dress.

it's from the disney princess official site.
what's werid is that the logo says follow your dreams just like what the artical said.
That picture of Aurora is used everywhere, but that Jasmine one looks brand-new, and - to be honest - not that good. But I've seen a thumb of the cover art in one of the Disney Insider emails (I'm sure someone posted it here as well) and it looks better.

Luke has posted a link to the cover art on the front page. Turns out it's the exact same image we saw a couple of months ago from the Disney Princess magazine (the one that first brought the addition of Jasmine to our attention). The release date is September 4th, and the DVD will only be an hour long. That means each story will be about 27 minutes and about five minutes of credits at the end. This is about what I expected since this is essentially like a TV series with a higher budget.
That's not *too* bad of a cover. Kind of follows the Disney formula; most recognizable characters above the centered title, supporting -- but still recognizable -- characters below the logo. Hopefully that's the print-ad version (oversized letters, less shading or detail), and the words Disney Princess will be a little bit smaller.

It's similar, but not identical.
It may be temporary, or it may be final; Disney sometimes slightly alters existing art for different products, or uses the exact same picture.

True, but anyway, I prefer that photo from Jasmine that the all-new one featured in the website:
Now it's rated for all audiences, and there are new images, and there is the cover art, and the complete title:
Disney Princess Enchanted Tales: Follow Your Dreams
And now, there are not stories! It says that's a new movie!
Aurora's song, or at least one part of it, sounds a lot like "Rule Britannia".
Listen to the orchestral version. The notes repeated at the end sound just like the part of Aurora's song in the trailer. Just listen to the melody repeated at the end and put "I've got the keys to the kingdom, the door s are open wide" to it. It should be like "Keys, to kingdom *symbol crash* the doors are open wide".
I don't think that the gold dresses have anything to do with Enchanted tales, I just think that they are a new marketing campaign, but I love how Jasmine looks in her gold dress.
The gold dresses are so pretty. I think it fits Snow White especially (and Jasmine, gold is a flattering color for dark-haired maidens I guess!). Ariel looks so young in that picture though. She looks like a younger version of herself playing grown-up! Not sure why I think that. Don't throw rocks at me, but it might be because her shell bra seems considerably smaller

I totally agree with you. She looks out of proportion and she looks like she is eleven or twelve, when everyone knows shes sixteen (Maybe seventeen in the Little Mermaid 2).
I like the style of the gold princesses, but I don't like Cinderella's face. She looks like she aged 20 years and got botox. Snow White looks more like her movie self here, though, than in any other piece of clipart I've seen (they usually make her eyes too big).
Disney Duster: Thank you for that link! I knew the melody of Aurora's song sounded familiar to me, but I couldn't place where. Now the mystery's solved.
bruno_wbt, thanks for posting the link to the trailer! I've been looking forward to this release for a while. Aurora & Jasmine's singing voices sound nothing like their voices in their movies...that's what bothers me. And, bruno_wbt, it's called a "movie', just like "Belle's Magical World" was called a "movie"- Aurora & Jasmine won't be appearing in each other's worlds. But that would be awesome, to have princess movies where they're hanging out together in their different worlds. I'll be buying this when it comes out.
