THE FIGHTING PRINCE OF DONEGAL DVD

Post by MLC »

Does anybody have this DVD? If so can you tell me if the movie begins with the Buena Vista logo?

I have it but I haven't watched it yet. I'll let you know the second I do.

I just popped it in to see. Like all the other Wonderful World of Disney DMC DVDs, it first opens with the 70's TV show intro. Then it jumps straight to the begining credits. In other words, no, there is no Buena Vista logo. It just starts with "Walt Disney Presents."

Goofystitch, can you give us an idea of the picture quality of this DVD? I've been considering buying this and "Rob Roy the Highland Rogue", but I'm a little wary of spending $20 bucks a pop if they look as poor as "The Story of Robin Hood."

I haven't had a chance to really sit down and watch either yet, but as soon as I do I will let you know. Story of Robin Hood was pretty bad in terms of picture qulity, but it is the only way to own it on DVD.
