Disney Character for President?

Post by TurdBizzler »

If you had to choose one Disney character to be President of the USA, who would you choose and why? Age is irrelevant.

I would choose Mufasa. Powerful leader, excellent integrity, strong morals. Wouldn't be afraid to destroy the enemy if necessary. Also can understand the needs of the little guy. Might be a little elite though, as he didnt really care for the hyenas much. Employed Rafiki too, which is always a plus. He would make a stellar Secretary of State

Being the Disney sap that I am, I guess I'll step in and give the obligatory answer: Mickey Mouse. He's a natural -- a winning personality and more than fifty years in leadership experience. Minnie makes for a very attractive first lady too, of course. And when the terrorists come around, let's not forget about that sorcerer's hat waiting in the Oval Office.

Maleficent, because I'd rather have a president who was up front about their evil schemes than one who would hide it.

I kid. Anyhow, if Mickey's president, I would want Donald Duck to be his VP because I imagine the debates on the campaign trail would be really interesting.

MODERATOR: Mr. Duck, your opponent says you are both soft and fluffy AND soft on crime. What do you say to that?
DONALD: WAAACK! WAACK! WAKWAKWAKWAACKKK! WAKK!!!

I also agree that Mufasa is a wonderful choice.

I'd also like to nominate George Feeny. So wonderful a leader he is that his constituents have kept him in office for one term after another. From adolescene to college, George Feeny was always there, dispensing sage advice. His name is as presidential as they come. And since John Adams only served one term, he's still eligible!

Feeny would be good, but I just don't consider the cast of "Boy Meets World" as Disney characters. I guess they are, but because the title doesn't say "Disney's Boy Meets World," I just don't qualify it myself.

And, Mufasa would just get himself assassinated, ha.

So, let me see... Mary Poppins would probably be the best choice. Or... maybe Merlin?

My first thought was Belle...but Mufasa would be great (since he was king). Maybe Mulan, after she saved China.

King Triton. A trident can be prooved very useful.
Or Cinderella maybe. She would do everything her own way and then everything would come to a happy ending.

I agree with Mufasa. He would make an excellent president.

What about Jiminy Cricket?

It is definately time for a candidate who is going to consider the environment - Pocahontas for President. And unlike many of the nominees she can be as she was born in the USA.

I would have to agree with all those who said Mufasa for president. He would make an excellent choice.

How about Robin Hood?

I think Pocahontas should be president. She is in touch with nature and would motivate the US to move toward a "Green" future. As president she could help prevent further global warming, and preserve wildlife that is constantly being destroyed to build roads, and more homes. I think that a powerful country like America need to reduce their consumption of fossil fuels. I cannot think of a better person than Pocahontas for the job, as long as she can represent the country by using the English language.
:)

Just a personal thought.

I agree that Pocahontas would be the best president.

Unfortunately, currently Prince John is president of the U.S. and Sir Hiss is our Prime Minister.

Mr. Feeny sounds about right. After all, he was not only John Adams, but also president of the SAG. Seems qualified to me...

Pinocchio with his big nose, could be an even better screw than JFK. And he can't die of bullets since he's made of wood (no pun intended).
