Well, she is off and running again!!

Britney Spears disappeared from the hospital where she was going to be treated for problems, and when they refused to let her entourage have rooms next to hers, and tried to treat her like the patient she is, instead of a star, she bolted.

Let's hope that those of you who think she is 'so misunderstood' now understand that this young lady has a problem and she won't get treatment for it because they won't treat her like a star.

Britney needs to realize that her star has faded, and for her to any of the shimmer back, she has to make some sacrifices and she apparently isn't willing to do that. She expects to be able to snap her fingers and it will all go away. Some one who really cares for her, needs to get her to get into a rehab clinic and save her self before she loses everything, including her kids, that she supposedly loves dearly.

Please, let's stop defending her. If we all lived our lives under the same scrutiny she has to, we would all react a lot differently, wouldn't we. I know I would. I don't want my dirty laundry out in public, and I would do everything to protect that from happening. I would listen to my friends. Let's hope that she still has friends she trusts and will listen to.

No, i wont stop defending her. I've been a big britney fan for quite afew years now and although i have gone off her abit after her recent 'antics' i wont stop supporting her.
It seems she has checked herself out of rehab again and i do agree she needs to get right back in there again and get herself sorted. But we do not know the situation, we dont know if shes having a breakdown, going mad or if its just a cry for help. But i do think its time for the press to leave her alone (that will never happen though), and dont say she should go to some mountain somewhere and get herself sorted as one way or another the press will find her. Shes Britney Spears, theres no escape.

I wasn't going to mention the drug thing, but now that it has been brought up, yes, that is now what they are reporting. Kevin wanted her to take a drug test, and the best way is to take a lock of hair, because your hair is like DNA and if you have ever done drugs, it will show up.

It seems 'our dear sweet Britney' has a drug problem that she has been trying to cover up for quite some time now. Her circle of friends doesn't seem to be helping the situation at all. Someone should just grab her and put her into a rehab center for her own good.

She needs to know that she is loved, and wanted, and also she needs a lot of help from professionals, not this idiotic circle of friends she has. Paris, Nicole, and the rest are not her friends, and she needs to understand that they don't have her best interest at heart.

I agree that the press needs to let this go, but it sells newspapers and gets them airtime, so until we can just turn off the tv and say 'we don't care' and not watch this stuff, they will keep following her around.

I came to this thread to say that , in my humble opinion, she shaved her head in order to adopt a short- but maybe very pretty- haircut in the future in order to launch a new style and in order to advertise her upcoming album. I was thinking of Kylie Minogue's short haircut after she went through the whole cancer situation and I believed that Britney just did the same just to change her style.
BUT! This is just so tragic. I feel so sorry for her. I just wanna see her with hair and singing again. I won't mind if all these is just an advertising trick- I just want people to be healthy first and foremost- but, unfortunately, it isn't a trick. I hope she gets better, this is all so depressing. Man, she IS scary on these pictures.
p.s. My dad said that what went wrong with her is that she started having friend relationship with Paris Hilton. I think I agree with him!

Wow! I'm in shock. This is the first time I'm posting in this thread, because I didn't really have anything to say about her decision to cut her hair. However, after hearing the continued reports over the last few days, then seeing her outburst, and attack on the papparazzi with the umbrella, I see she has a serious problem. The clip showed her cursing, becoming very angry, and taking the umbrella and smashing the window of an SUV. I understand her frustration with people who are always following her around, taking pictures, but, to start attacking them the way she did, is a sign that she is over the edge. I hope that whatever she is going through, she will be able to heal and get better. The Entertainment Tonight report showed that Britney's mom took her to a third rehab center. Hopefully, she will stay in this one, and get the help she seriously needs. It's very sad to see a person breaking down like this.

This is no regular rehab for those wanting to kick an addiction or a habit, it features gourmet meals, a room overlooking one of the most exclusive beach communities on the California coast, personal 24-hour on-call masseuse, an on-premises shopping center for those little things she might need while she is there.

Minimum stay is 30 days, and they would like to have all their patients stay at least a minimum of 45 days. We will see how long she lasts. I wish her all the best, she truly deserves it.

And, lastly, I am so glad that she and her parents have agreed that Kevin can have the kids while she is undergoing her therapy. That is probably the best thing to happen to Britney in this whole mess.

I won't stop defending her either. It will be a triumphant day later this year, when she releases her first single, alongside a new clip and her new album, and they're all hits, and go to Number 1. I hope they do, because she will know that she's beaten this crazy time in her life and has still managed to come out on top. Being famous at such a young age has obviously done something to her (it would do that to everyone), so I'm very proud of her that she's doing this to get better. She might be crazy, but I'm still going to be a huge fan of hers. As soon as that first single and the new album are released, I'll buy it. According to MTV, Timbaland wants to bring Britney back to proclaim once-stellar career with ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake onboard.

Timbaland was quoted sayng; “I feel her pain, it really bothers me,” the 34-year-old rapper-producer says in an interview in Entertainment Weekly magazine’s March 16 issue. “I’m the type of person who tries to save the world. I just want to take her away, go overseas, and work (it) out.”

Timbaland says he invited Timberlake, his “best friend” and Spears’ ex-boyfriend, to be part of that plan.

“I asked Justin, ‘How would you feel about me working with Britney?’ I had to ask him that,” Timbaland is quoted as saying. “I said, ‘Would you do it with me?”‘

The 26-year-old “SexyBack” singer said he would, according to Timbaland, who notes: “She’s just gotta be serious.”

I can see that Britney has a lot of support around her, and if she's smart she'll do the right thing, and continue on with her career. I would be fantastic if Timbaland helped her, I mean her kickstarted Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake new albums.
