For a second I was wondering "why would it be G-squared? There's four of them!" Then, of course, I realized it was supposed to be GG.

Since my birthday will be next Friday, I anticipate that I'll get The Departed. It depends on who's buying it, so I may get the 2-Disc Special Edition or the single-disc Widescreen Edition. Nothing else for me... March is going to be a packed month as far as new releases go.

You liked it? Visually I found it interesting, but dramtically I thought it was dull and hollow.
I did like it, although note that I am in no hurry to own it, I just know that I want it at some point. Naturally my girly nature was extremely drawn to the elaborate costumes, but I enjoyed most other elements of the movie as well and have acquired a new fascination for pre-revolutionary France. Finally graduating from college = getting to do all sorts of cool research without having to worry about writing a paper on the subject matter. It rocks!

I still haven't picked up Hellboy: Sword of Storms. I've got the premiere recorded onto a VHS, but it's not the same as physically holding a commercially released DVD.

The Golden Girls: The Complete Seventh and Final Season for me! I can't wait! It's hard to believe that I'll finally have all seven seasons of my favorite show of all time on DVD. When they first started releasing these, it felt like it would be an eternity before we got all of the seasons.

While I checked off US vs John Lennon my #1 pick is the special edition of Ghandi. That is two mighty impressive men.

I'll be picking up the last season of The Golden Girls. I'm glad this show is finished off on DVD. It's one of the few that got a good release span between them and they actually finished the shows run on DVD. Now bring on The Golden Palace!
