I have it and it's good. Well compared to most manga i read it not up there but for a cute disney manga, it's good.

I know exactly what you mean xxhplinkxx! He came back to Prince Eric in Kingdom Heart II; why oh why oh why did he do this instead of TLMIII? Has it actually been confirmed that he isnt doing it? They should have got Rob Paulson to do the Prince in CIII, and then Chris DB do Eric in TLMIII!

Also, I have just realised that we have not heard Disney Duster's opinion of Cindy III !! :shock:

I know!! At first I thought it was maybe that he had a problem doing Erics voice again but thats obviously not true because he did it in Kingdom Hearts II!!! WHY CHRIS, WHY?!?!?!?!

Can anyone put scenes up on youtube? Not the whole thing, but some great tasters of the movie? That would be wicked !! !!

Oh! I just thought! They didnt have a launch / premiere thing for this DVD! Why on earth not have one for this well received DTV movie, and give one to the awful part II ??

Sometimes, i have no idea what goes on in Disney Execs heads....... :?

I still want to know why Lady Tremaine didn't Drizella, I mean she is obsivisly her favorite daughter. Also did anyone else think that Lady Tremaine was inside of the mirror during the clone scene. I think that would have the ultimate twist and just plain creepy.

I think she used Anastasia because she considers her weaker and easier to manipulate, because Drizella is more like her.

Well if Drizella was like her then Drizella would have gone thruogh with the marrige.

That's what I thought. The way her voice echoed, "You look lovely, my child" or something along those lines was just so eerie. I was like, "SHE'S IN THE MIRROR!" :shock:

Fired up my CIII copy today to watch the infamous pumpkin scene chapter and got through the CGI bells...Blows Cinderella II away and __may__ give Cindy 1 a run for its money in the long run. Aussies should be proud.

Excellent transfer, fine color, good US ANIMATION shadows and highlights, very tight animation (though occasionally Cindy's motion felt stiff), good pacing, nice effects. Great to see characters moving without ink and paint lines boiling like they do in the first movie.
Can't comment on audio as sound was off (wanted to concentrate solely on visuals) - will watch whole film later).

Cindy didn't come across as an action hero; more like Antastasia ( also pro-active but in a character-fitting way).
But...
if Cindy had done a Kung Fu Kick rather than bashing her shoulder through the pumpkin side, she'd be anime class. Maybe next sequel?

Only caught one technical glitch (mismatch in layers when mice climb out window). CGI Pumpkin window morph nicely handled. Bell CGI looked fine to me - as good as anything Fox did with Antastasia's 3D props (if you want to see really bad CGI - character mismatch, watch TREASURE PLANET; that one goes all over the map!!).
2D isn't Ded yet!

I got it and already watched it. the good's and con's already been adressed so no need for me to saw so however one thing though about the sneak peek on Enchanted Tales. I read that you guys said the trailer is different and you hear Aurora sings and there's animation just on her(due to the jasmine/belle question).

well I watch it and I got the same old one with aurora and belle.

So tell me where did you get this new trailer and where can I view it?

In the bonus materials under "Backstage Disney" is a clip montage from Aurora's segment. They purposely don't mention the fact that Aurora's story is only half of the first volume, probably because they're still working out the Belle/Jasmine issue.
