The first thing is something guests and castmembers can do...

1. Dance and Sing in the rain since the park DOES NOT close, but other people will leave, thinking they will, thus leading to shorter lines and happier guests once the rain lets up.

The next thing is something guests and castmembers-as-guests can do...

2. Veg out inside Exposition Hall and sit and watch "Steamboat Willie", "Flowers & Trees", and "The Band Concert" over and over again.

3. Take pictures with the Roy & Minnie Partners bench on Main Street.

4. Go on Splash Mountain 10 minutes before park closing time.

5. Ride the underrated Tomorrowland Transit Authority when you need a 20-minute break and can't find a bench or table-and-chairs.

And the last five are things castmembers can do..

6. Use Squeeze-Breeze bottles on each other and on guests and not get in trouble.

7. Hand out bighead Mickey stickers by taking the Mickey head sticker and placing it over the Mickey body sticker. (I have to take a picture of it and put it online!)

8. Go on Space Mountain after park closing time...with the lights ON.

9. Change quickly from costume to civvies and spend the rest of the day walking around the park visiting fellow castmembers.

10. Get a Subway sandwich at the Mouseketeria, borrow a movie at the Disney Learning Center, and watch it in peace before heading home.

And my favorite rides at the Magic Kingdom are a no-show on the poll: The Haunted Mansion tied with Jungle Cruise tied with Peter Pan's Flight tied with Carousel of Progress tied with Mickey's Philharmagic.

I didn't vote because Haunted Mansion wasn't on the list

BUT, here are my ten picks:

1. Eat the French Toast Loaf from the main street bakery

2. Ride the Tomorrowland Transit Authority (incredibly underrated)

3. Go on Astro Orbitor to see the park from a high vantage point

4. Ride Haunted Mansion (did I mention its my favorite)

5. Beat the little kids to Peter Pan's Flight, Snow White's Scary Adventures and Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

6. Clap along with The Country Bear Jamboree (even if no one else does)

7. Ride all three mountains

8. Eat at Cinderella's Royal Table

9. sit and watch people go by and listen to the Dapper Dans on Main Street

10. See Spectromagic

10. Grab a bench and people watch and just enjoy the atmosphere of the park.
9. Ride the WDW railroad.
8. Eat at Tony's Town Square.
7. Ride the Jungle Cruise in the day time and at night.
6. Meet the characters.
5. Peter Pan's Flight
4. The Mountains
3. Watching the fireworks
2. The Spectromagic Parade
1. Riding either Splash Mountain or Big Thunder Mountain Railroad over and over again right before the park closes.

I like to do Magic Kingdom somewhat clockwise after a first things first, full-circle ride on the railroad. Though I do have to go back to some stuff, like Haunted Mansion at night. We also basically scan the Main Street shops in the morning and go back to buy the stuff we want after the light parade or in the various lands throughout the day if we find them there. Anyway, here's my list of the 10 best "must do's," in no particular order.

Pirates of the Caribbean!

Haunted Mansion!

Splash Mountain!

The Fantasyland Collection: Peter Pan, Pooh, Snow White, Small World

Jungle Cruise and Tiki Room!

Chowing down at Pecos Bill's burger place.

The Country Bear Jamboree!

Though I've been too embarrassed to meet my favorite princess, I'd say meeting Ariel in her Grotto must be a top 10 too! But since I haven't done that yet, I'll say Buzz Lightyear's ride and the Stitch Ride, assuming the Stitch Ride is vaguely like Alien Encounter (haven't been on Stitch). I'd say Carousel of Progress, but I think it's gone by now.

Shopping! The more spending money you have, the better!

Trying to buy and finish a Main Street two flavor ice cream cone before the light parade starts.

I'm assuming that you are already going to be doing the big attractions like Pirates, Haunted Mansion, and the Mountains, so here's my list of the top 10 things to do at the Magic Kingdom that alot of guests don't know about/forget to do:

1.) Head to Adventureland right outside of the Swiss Family Treehouse and buy a pinapple Dole Whip. It is the only place I've ever found these and they are the best thing on Earth. It is the parks best kept secret in my opinion.

2.)Get a Fastpass for all of the mountains and Peter Pan's Flight. You are foolish to spend more than 25 minutes in line for any attraction.

3.) Ride both Carousel of Progress and Tomorrowland Transit Authority to slow things down because the park can feel a little hectic at times. Carousel of Progress is pure Walt and comes from the 1964 Worlds Fair. Tomorrowland Transit Authority gives you a glimpse into the way transportation would have been handled in Walt's vision of Epcot and it is the only way to see Walt's original model for Epcot, although the announcer reffers to it as "The city of the future." Also, the TTA gives a great tour of Tomorrowland and a neat view of the Castle if you ride it at night.

4.) If you are going to watch a parade, get a spot 45 minutes early. If you aren't going to watch a parade, know the parade route (in the park map) so that you don't get stuck over by Splash Mountain or in Adventureland waiting around for it to pass.

5.) Book a reservation for Cinderella's Royal Table NOW! They fill up and they don't accept guests without a reservation. You will need a credit card when you call because they do require you to prepay, but it is the ONLY way to get inside of the Castle (unless you win a stay in the room as part of the Year of a Million Dreams, but your chances are very slim) and it books up fast.

6.) If you are sick of walking, the train has stations on Main Street, in Frontierland, and in Mickey's Toontown Fair. From Toontown, you can easily walk to Tomorrowland and Fantasyland and from Frontierland you can easily walk to Adventureland. Save yourself some foot pain.

7.) If the Magic Kingdom is having extra magic hours at night, don't go there at all that day. It is just crazy. Every hotel guest goes there and you will still see hour long lines for the Mountains until midnight. This rule applies to pretty much any park during a busy season. However, if you are there in an off season, it's not as horrible, but it's still not as good as E-ride nights used to be.

8.) If you don't plan to eat out for three meals a day, don't do the Disney Dining Plan. It is only worth it if you plan to eat that much. We did it once and we were sorry. We were full the whole trip and it cost more in the long run because we wouldn't have eaten at dine in restaurants for three meals a day had we not done the plan.

9.) If you have small children, please take three hours out of every afternoon to relax at your hotel. I see so many fussy kids from infant-4 who could have used a rest in the middle of the busy day, but parents want the most time in the parks and everyone suffers later when the kid is cranky and screaming. It's just not a smart thing to not do.

10.) Pick a meeting place in case anybody gets lost. We've had it happen so many times. There's so much to see and someone will wander off not realizing it. A landmark always works best, but don't say meet at the Castle, because the area in front of it is pretty large and pretty crowded. We usually pick ouside of Exposition Hall on Main Street.

Since Im so clueless on Walt Disney World...is Disneyland considered The Magic Kingdom?

Anyway my ten favorite things to do at Disneyland on an uncrowded day(NOT LIKE NOVEMBER 10TH WHICH WAS THE MOST CROWDED IVE EVER SEEN THE PLACE!!! My fault for planning on Veterans day Weekend...*sigh*)

Any ol' hoo.

1. Enter and take a nice stroll down main street USA

2. Go pick up some fast passes for Indiana Jones Adventure and Thundermountain an such.

3. Go ride all the rides in FantasyLand...starting with Snow White's scary Adventures, Pinnochio, Mr. Toads wild ride, Peter Pan then Alice in Wonderland..oh did I forget the Matterhorn Bobsleds? Oh who cares! its always closed Anyway! Yeah they need fast passes for Fantasyland cause Peter Pan's flight takes FOREVER and its only like less then 2 min long...surprisingly its my favorite Fantasy land ride. And do what ever else is left here.

4. Go use the fast passes, after word take a gander at whats going on at Adventureland, New Orleans Square, Critter Country and FrontierLand, and do stuff there thats probably where the bulk of our time at Disneyland is spent.

5. Watch a Parade and find some shows playing or something

7. Ride the rides in tommorrowland and go into that one place? hmm what is it? I forgot but they have a lot cool technological stuff there. ANyways Tommorrland is pretty fun...I find to wait in the Autopia line a waste unless a fastpass is used.

8. I guess eat if were hungry otherwise visit Toon Town and do stuff their since we only stay there about half an hour and ride Roger Rabbit.

9. Since were all getting tired go sit in some boat ride like Small World or POTC and hope that the lines are short....OH and if all else fails theres always the train that circles Disneyland.

10...Go back down Main Street and buy as much stuff as I can like souveniors an such...

Leave and have had a fanastic day at Disneyland....and tomorrow its time for California Adventure...although I would prefer to spend 2 days at Disneyland...

Gee Im in the mood to visit Disneyland! ALright this summer Im going!
