this one never came with a slip cover, slip covers didn't really come along until 2002 and this was released in 2000.

I'm not exactly sure - I'm sure there is a way to send in checks. Call 1-800-362-4587 (the help line) between 9am-9pm, Mon - Fri, and they can surely tell you exactly what you need to know.

As far as I know, you do everything just the same and get the same benefits...the only difference is that, by accepting my referral, I receive one free dvd (and once you sign up, you will also receive a free dvd for every person you can get to sign up). It's a pyramid scheme, but if you know someone's gonna sign up anyway, might as well get a free dvd out of it!
