I wouldn't have bought it but that's because I wait for wal-mart to have it because they either come out with it at $13 something at the very beginning (when it first comes out, at least they have done that for some other movies) or at least have a 2 pack special for $20. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product. ... id=5491135Kram Nebuer wrote:Another thing...I had a bit of a dilemma the other day when I went to a local video game/DVD store while my parents were getting chinese take-out next door. It was January 27th and not February 6th and I was standing in this store with a slipcovered copy of Cinderella III in my hands! There it was in a plastic security case and it had all the stickers and everything. I could've easily bought Cinderella III right then and there at a much earlier date than expected!!!
BUT...
The price was $24.95 and I'm so stingy with money that I reasoned in my head that I shouldn't pay the extra $5-10 just to get the DVD early (as opposed to ordering online or buying at Target/wal-mart). Also, I felt it would be odd and some what illegal if I bought the DVD before the official release day (especially since it was so much earlier).
Given the situation, what would you guys have done? I mean I really really really can't wait for this movie and I watch the preview all the time, but I felt so wrong (and $$ stubborn) to get it this early.
Now if it was the Secrets...Disneyland DVD, then of course I would've bought it right then and there!
. That's the one for Cinderella III. Hope this helps.
