Easteregg on Pirates... II: Is this on the US vers. also?

Post by Chernabog »

In the Easter Egg description on this site there is not mentioned anything about the easteregg about the dog in the film. Is it not on the US version?
You find it if you go to:
Disc 2: Mastering the Blade-menu
Highlight "Return to Bonus", then press left and then down, to highlight the keyhole on the chest.

I can´t hardly imagine that this should be a bonus for the region 2 only!

How long is it? Is it the same clip that appears at the end of the credits?

There's at least four and this one would make 5. See here.

No this is not the same clip that ends the film. Can´t anyone try and find out if you have this on the US version also?

Checked, and yes, it's there. It runs 1 minute, 46 seconds and starts off seriously, showing how they train Chopper (the dog) to jump out of the boat and swim for shore. Then it takes on a humorous turn and his trainer discusses working with the dog throughout the film, who's quite a prima donna on set. :P Shows Chopper being served his dinner at a table, Chopper in bed refusing to get up at an ungodly hour of the morning, Chopper sitting on the toilet (!), Chopper deciding what they'll be watching on TV, etc.
