Have you clicked it to see what happens yet? It's quite easy. Click "quote" instead of "reply", and you get a reply field with a quote.

Have you clicked it to see what happens yet? It's quite easy. Click "quote" instead of "reply", and you get a reply field with a quote.
And you can also edit the text inside the quote tags. I recommend only quoting what directly refers to your comments and NOT the entire post in most cases.
