Okay, I would very much be down with buying Bambi and Pocahontas, but would you mind holding off until the 27th or so for us to do the transaction so I could get a Black Friday paycheck in my banking account?

aww! Don't worry Escapay! You will find a copy sometime, somewhere! :) It's all a matter of patience!

The set looks great nmt514! But you didn't really answer my main question: Is the price the same for both copies? (the opened one vs. the new one w/a dent?) I personally think that once the set is opened, the dent *might* be fixable...maybe? Although even if it isn't, I don't think I would mind at all. And the dent dosen't look life-shattering to me in the least. :) . And I have another question, how would it be shipped? (Should I choose to buy SS from you?)

$70 for the tin. The tin would be shipped via USPS media mail in a sturdy box. Thanks

Hey for some reason I can't PM people, so would you mind e-mailing me? I'm interested in Pocahontas, but I think I'll hold off on the Bambi you PMed me about.

Can you help prove this claim? I noticed you just registered, so you've got to somehow earn our trust. If you have any e-mails illustrating your claim, forward them to either indianajdp or myself and we'll be glad to address this issue.

Thanks!

Well, I'm not so prompt to say the same thing, but I have been waiting for a while for my DVDs too. I guess they could still be hanging at the borders or something, though.

I will eventually, if I don't get the DVDs in a week or so. I am still giving him the benefit of the doubt! :)

I paid for my item from nmt514 through PayPal. I disputed the transaction since I recieved no items. He failed to respond to PayPal's e-mails and the dispute was decided in my favor. His phone has been disconnected and he doesn't respond to e-mails. All of his e-bay items and e-bay store have been shutdown by e-bay. It appears I'm not the only one who got burned.

I opened a dispute yesterday on PayPal too. Hopefully I'll win too. Did you get all your money back? If you prefer not to enter too much into details on a forum, feel free to send me an email, I would very much like to know how it went since I'm in the same situation as you are.

Paypal made me win my claim too! I got all my money back and I am very glad. (My only problem is that I still don't have these movies on DVD! ;))

Luke, I have quite a few emails that nmt514 and I exchanged (mainly of requesting pictures of the DVD, then me sending the money, then him telling me he sent the DVDs, then me sending lots of emails with no response). I am not sure what you would think is relevant to you in this case, but I am willing to forward you anything you want. I don't want anybody else falling in nmt's trap.

Due to the multiple disputes w/ the orginal poster and the fact that botr scenarios have played out in the same manner I am closing this thread and warning everyone to refrain from any transactions with nmt514.

It's a shame, but some people do still feel the need to steal from folks over the internet.
