[R4 Latin]Hidden extras when you pick a different language

Guys:

This is another question valid ionly for my latin friends.

Im perceiving an increase in the number os extras that apper only when you pick another language in the frist menu of the dvd

One example os the videoclip of lilo and stitch, that just apper in the english and latin authoring, and the latin music video, just apper in the latin authoring.

Another example is, in the "emperors new groove" there is a extra called "como se realizó" that is an extra about the brazilian dubbers, it are avalaible in all authoring of the disc, but don´t have subtitles in spanis or english.

In monsters inc, there is an extra called "entrevista com os personagens" (interview with the characters), that just apper in the portuguese authoring

What you think about it guys? in my opinion these extras must be avaleible to every authoring with the proper subtitling or dubbing.

The same thing happens on French Disney DVDs. The 2 Disc Peter Pan has a Return to Neverland poster gallery only when French is selected from the intial menu, and the 2 disc Atlantis as an extra Music Video and 2 featurettes on the dubbing on the French menus.

I have the Japanese Peter Pan 3 disc set and that includes featurettes on the Japanes dubbing, but no English menu option is available.
