Post by halfbreed3614 »

So I finally decided to start registering all my Dinsye DVD's and the first night I did a afew... and a night or two later I wasnted to sign in to the website to register more and it told me my user anme and password are not found, so I used to option to send me my PW and username and I copied and pasted exaclty what they emailed me and it's still telling me it cant be found.. So I then tried to re-register and the username I was tring to use again said it was taken... any ideas? I am also have the same issue with the Disney Movie Rewards website too..

I had about half of my Disney DVDs registered when I was locked out. That was over a year ago. You can go to the website and manually register them, but you have to type the title of each disc in.

Since I have been used the Disney network (more than 3 years ago) there is no day in which I have not seen technical mistakes, some times a lot, about accounts... you better be prepared for big headaches, I do not know why a Huge company have quite a poor web site, I used to register my DVD's too, I did it three times then I quit, it simple make no sense any more, I still using Disney shopping knowing that the total amount is never accurate...I think is better to buy a DVD in a good store then watch it as quick as possible then if something is wrong just return it or exchange it more stores give you like a month to do this, good luck, may be suddenly you will see your account back again that also happens a lot.
For your reference and records my native language is Spanish.
