The code I had was 616170, which was for 4 free movies, and then you could get a bonus DVD for I think $14.95 and a second bonus one for $9.95...? But, since I had gotten charged the $20.92, I'm thinking this wasn't working...I'm not sure where that came from.
Can you buy a bonus 2nd DVD with the code you gave me for $9.95?

yes for an additional 9.95 but that doesn't count towards your commitment ... you still will haveto buy 3 more at REGULAR clup Prices ;0)blackcauldron85 wrote:The code I had was 616170, which was for 4 free movies, and then you could get a bonus DVD for I think $14.95 and a second bonus one for $9.95...? Do you have any idea how old that get 4 free deal is, since now it's a 3 free deal? (One ad here on UD says get 3 for $1.99 each plus free shipping...so there are more than one deal). I wonder if, since I have that code, they'll give it to me. I mean, I don't have a mailer for it- I just got the code here. Do they expire?
And, since the $ taken out was in pending, I guess that's why it doesn't say a credit for that money, since it's back in my account. DId they really not give me back the money and they'll take it out now that it's not pending?

So- I just called and talked to a new person. He let me sign up over the phone. He said the computer won't let me have 2 accounts, so they won't charge me twice or anything. He also said that I'll know my order is shipped when the pending charge actually gets taken out. I used your code, Disney DVDFAN- thanks! He said it was 25 cents each for the 4, and then I got 2 bonuses.
I got Best Pals Donald & Daisy, Best Pals Mickey & Pluto (I hope I said that & not Mickey and Minnie since I have that one!), DuckTales the Movie, Dinosaur Collector's Edition (again, I hope he typed in CE and not the regular one, since I have that), and my bonuses were Toy Story and Toy Story 2.
If he messed up typing in some, should I ask for a return label once I get my movies? Do I need 1 label for each movie that's not right? I'm hoping it's right, but you never know.
My total was $25.90.
Thanks so much for helping throughout this, DisneyDVDFAN! I appreciate it so much!

Have fun with the club once you get your number don't forget to call them or email them and let them take the CC off the account so you don't have to worry about being charged in the future ... and remember once you get the number to log into your account and cancel the FEATURED TITLE or accept whichever you want

I just got my welcome email! My membership # and email address aren't working on the website, though, so I called...the lady is sending something to a web analyst...and, my order had the regular "Dinosaur" DVD instead of the Collector's Edition one that I wanted, and she said it hasn't been put in the box yet and she'll change it. DMC really has the best Guest service I've ever dealt with! And, now I know I'm officially a member! woo-hoo!
***edit 11:27am*** I looked over my email again, and "Best Pals Mickey and Minnie" was listed instead of "Mickey and Pluto"...so I called and had that fixed. The girl also explained the featured title, and no one had explained it to me before, which I guess they were supposed to. I have to wait about a day to get a password for online, though...I just want to order some movies!

Thanks!
She mentioned "Lady and the Tramp II" was the featured title, and I declined. She also mentioned a "Santa Claude" 1 and 2 double pack, but I didn't want that (yet) either. Still no email from them- the first time I tried signing up, I never got an email even though a web analyst was supposed to help... I just don't know why the membership number they sent me in the email isn't working with my zip code...because I have no password to use my email address....grrr!!!

Multipacks and obligation
I'm I just reading the info on this thread wrong? I ordered the Vault Disney multipack-Swiss Family, Pollyanna, Parent Trap-and I though for $44 it would count as 2 against my obligation since it was more than $30. But they only credited me for 1. I called and the CM confirmed I only got credit for the Parent Trap.

Hi
well if you ordered them using a code where you had to buy one and get the rest ..%% off the others thenyou would only the one at the full amount would be credited towards a fulfilment point... the rest not...
as for the box set which was over 44.00 that should have been 2 ...
it is price per dvd that counts towards commitment not the total purchase $
those that help

Re: Multipacks and obligation
Also in their magazines it states 39.95 counts as 2 units towards your purchase agreement ...Willsmama wrote:I'm I just reading the info on this thread wrong?
