I have learned that if you want an authentic copy they are usually the ones that are priced over $40.00 even though that is a lot of money that is how much you have to pay for an authentic one because they have been out of print for a while and their BlueBook Value has skyrocketed.

here's a tip. all disney discs that can be completely copied onto one disc, i.e. single layered,i.e. pocohantas, little mermaid, 101 dalmations, all the discs that arent platinums and with less features aren't dual layered discs so all the menus and features can easily be copied onto dvd+r. if you look on e-bay you can tell by the wording, the region code or some hint that it is not an official release. you have to be a wise shopper or ebay sellers will take your money. of course the bootlegs are there you have to know what your buying. i know from looking for a little mermaid for myself that MOST of the ones for sale on ebay are complete fakes. check feedback of seller, and shop wisely. another reason to have a trading community on the boards.

also this said, i don't know whats more scrupulous somtimes, selling fakes for 20 or reselling o.g.'s for 50
