Tarzan - One of Disney's most underrated classics. OK, well maybe not underrated, but not as appreciated. It still holds up incredibly well on repeat viewings, and I simply can't get enough of it. Especially the Son of Man sequence, which is one of my favourite songs. 9/10

Had a live action Disney night in the Home Theater, we watched:

Robin Hood & His Merrie Men with Richard Todd as Robin. Lots of fun, and really an over-looked Disney classic live action film.

The Great Locomotive Chase with Fess Parker and Jeffrey Hunter. For those of you who haven't seen this Civil War film it is the story of Andrews' Raiders who steal a train from under the noses of 4,000 Confederate troops near Atlanta, Georgia, in an attempt to destroy all the bridges and track of the Western & Atlantic Railroad. Really good story based on a true incident.

The Love Bug which is my favorite of all the Herbie movies. Buddy Hackett, Dean Jones, and Michelle Lee, along with Herbie bring an endless adventure of the little Volkswagen that could. Just great family fun.

Watched The Associate with Whoppi Goldberg last night. It was hilarious. I loved it. If I ever find it on dvd I'll have to pick it up. I had gotten it from Netflix.

I just watched Mulan II for the first time. It was much better than I expected it to be. Not bad, but not great either.

Ghost Story (1981) - it got better in parts, but overall, it's a pretty bad movie.

Christine (1983) - still one of John Carpenter's worst films.

The Little Mermaid - 2nd PE viewing

It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown - I think this is the first time I've seen it in its entirety. The classic <i>Peanuts</i> shorts have a lot of charm and I'm enjoying adding them to my holiday traditions. I find the pumpkin patch animation in this really appealing.

You're Not Elected, Charlie Brown - Definitely my first time seeing this one and I liked it as well. It kind of works as a semi-sequel to "The Great Pumpkin," as said pumpkin is brought back up.

My last DVD viewing was of The Fox and the Hound: 25th Anniversay Edition. I love that movie so much! It is one of my all time favorite Disney films, no matter what anyone says.

My last in theater viewing was of The Departed which was excellent!

I finally sat down to watch The Little Mermaid: 2-Disc Platinum Edition, tonight. I watched the film, from beginning to end, and remembered exactly why I love this film so much. After all these many years, and after all the many viewings I've seen of it, it still maintains the excellence and brilliance that it did upon my very first time seeing it in the theater!

Now, I'm going to make it a goal to go through all of the bonus features, tomorrow. That includes, hopefully, watching the film with the commentary track.

AI - Artificial Intelligence - It was alright it kind of creep me out. I mean wouldn't it creep you out if you had a freaking small robot running around calling you mommy all the time. I would think it would try to kill me.

HORRIBLE, It gets its 2.9 points because I saw it with 45-50 friends, and seeing it with friends was fun, plus we were all laughing at it, and the horrible acting

I watched half of Catch that Kid, but I got SOOOOO bored I fell asleep.

Since my surgery on my feet last week, I am off work until at least the 20th of October, so we have been having marathons of a sort in the Home Theater.

In the past week we have watched:

The Terminator, Terminator 2 Judgement Day (The Special Extended Version only available if you have the code for the Ultimate Edition DVD which has all three versions of the film on it.), and of course we had to finish it off with Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines.

The original Father of the Bride (1950) starring Spencer Tracy and a very beautiful Elizabeth Taylor and its sequel Father's Little Dividend (1951) also with Spencer Tracy and Elizabeth Taylor. And later in the day we watched the Steve Martin remakes Father of the Bride and Father of the Bride II, and I still don't understand why they had to change the storlines so much in the new versions. The originals were so much funnier and more true to life.

On Friday we watched all six of the Star Wars movies non-stop. We started at 8:30 in the morning, and we finished just around midnight pausing only for a light lunch and dinner during this marathon.

Our next project is to watch all ten of the Star Trek movies in the next three days. Wish us luck.

During all this time off, I have managed to watch A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes, the Annette Funicello Story. What a great movie.

Yesterday I watched Scooby-Doo with my little cousin. It's lame, but better than I remember it being.

I also watched half of In Good Company last night. I love that movie. Topher and Scarlett are the best!

Adventures of Ichabod and mr Toad I only watched The Legend of sleepy hollw segment since it's the halloween season. It was okay.
